Great to Terrible. This app was great when it first came out. Unfortunately with the latest update the app is no longer user-friendly. If I make some type of input that should have a "submitted" notification, it does not. It will not let me reroute my package to the Access Point I used to use but it will take the route change fee without telling me. The map showing the driver location is no longer shown. This may be now included in the paid version but it didn't use to be.

Used to be good, not anymore. Since the Oct 2021 update, it often claims to not have a network connection when the phone does have network connectivity. When it does work, its 3-4 times slower than the previous version. Yet another app outsourced to inept programmers who don't actually understand how the app is used. Big FAIL for UPS.

Another great delivery management app from a major carrier. Shipments to you show up automatically, so there's no need to cut and paste tracking numbers. You can manage shipments right from the app including delivery instructions, signature releases, and alternate delivery address. Once they get rid of the annoying 10-second splash screen animation, it will go back to five stars.

The app is decent. It doesn't always show incoming deliveries and there is no way to remove packages that have been delivered. They just disappear but if you open your browser, they're still there. The menu is confusing and some functions that are on the website are not on this app.

I'm having a problem. Not just with this app, but with the whole UPS delivery service. Why do you guys go up to 4 days without scanning my packages? I need to know step by step of where my package go. And I read all over the internet that UPS can make a delivery as late as 7:00pm. Is that really true? And if so, what delivery driver would go around delivering packages when it's pitch black outside? I have lived in the same apartment for 20+ years, and I never seen any delivery truck at night.

Ups sucks!!!, Not sure about the app, but if it's as useful as the company is... Then it'll be late every time, you might not get your time sensitive package, delivery won't work out right, and it'll cost you money and time... To bad this is the only real place I could find to complain.... Since they seem to lack the place to leave real complaints...

Do not rely on UPS for any sort of real location data, factual time frames, or any help via text. They can't do phone alerts, however they need your phone number when you have to pay 8$ for them to hold your package after they attempt delivery with zero notice two hours ahead of delivery time frame. What a scam.

Hard to navigate, very glitchy, lots of errors, verification of identity when attempting to add family members after verified already, things are confusing in the app & redundant. Getting a verification text or phone call to your phone number is glitchy at best and usually fails to come thru. No options for having delivery driver ring or knock on the door when your package is delivered (For Hard of Hearing & Partly Blind Customers Accomodations)

We live in a rural area and UPS GROUND is our preferred carrier. We will cancel orders if FEDEX is the carrier because of the constant problems. The app worked great till last update. Now it lost my login, when I try to edit data it says account already exists. I can't reset or leave instructions for driver. Does not recognize shipments. I must enter tracking number every time. It's easier to check merchant app for delivery info than UPS. Sad.

While the new boot animation is cool... It takes the app ~15 seconds just to load, which feels like forever just to get a quick status update on a package I'm waiting for. It's faster to hit a bookmark to your website than it is to launch the app.
