All the FBC apps are rubbish. I keep getting error issues when trying to log in or no I fo message when trying to check balance or even statements. FBC, c'mon and be serious with your customers. Even after every transaction I don't get a balance message on my phone. Your greed is surpring. I get charged every time I check my balance!!!

Very poor, trying to download, at almost 100% it restarts from zero. After downloding to install it says already installed. Uninstalled old app the installed new app, took 10 minutes toverify OTP. After logging in, boosted instantly. Tried to log in again, in vein, zvaa zvavharana haichade. Haya. Using *220# to do bank to ecocash, it says transaction failed with wrong format. When to the bank, they say, our system us done, shame. So i cant to business cz all yo platforms are misbehaving, haya.

This app is doing 1 thing wrong It doesn't auto update balance and even after requesting balance the figure clears out and doesn't show on the main page.... And I'm guessing each balance request is costly Can that be fixed please

Bit of a disaster. Tried to do what FBC wanted. >install the new update. Didn't work. Message "already installed". Okay so it's not an update. It is a new replacement app!!! Uninstalled the existing app,restart mobile. Try to install ftom Google apps. Tap "install", msg "installed". Restart mobile and looked for the new "updated" app - nowhere to be found!!! Seems FBC don't have an updated app that works!!??!! Google shows that this app is installed on my mobile AFTER it has been uninstalled ??!!! Same goes for other apps that have been uninstalled. Can't find any way of fixing, seems like Play store doesn't work anymore!!!

Everything is good. I've been able to buy Zesa, airtime, and pay my utility bill without a hitch. Transfers just work as well. I was going to give 5 stars but i had to knock a star off for that cash grabby move where it just doesnt show me my account balance the moment i am logged in and it expects me to lose a dollar with every check. I would expect such behavior only from the likes of First Capital Bank.
