    Good app but I have a question! Exercises targeted to to your goals with 3 different levels however there is a choice to take a few seconds or 20 seconds between each exercise but no advice as the benefits of resting or simply going from exercise to exercise. For example...which is best for fat burning? Which is best for cardio? Also no option to exclude a certain exercise. Otherwise I like it and have opted to pay for a year as I find it easy to use.

    Look I've only just started using the app, but it's leaving me feeling exhausted. Now I'm a heavy guy, with a lot of fat and muscle and the 6 minutes leaves me gasping for air. Ideal for new comers to fitness, as it may get intense, but it's like 6 minutes work outs, with a rest every 4 days. Trying this now with intermittent fasting, will post results at the end of the 30 day workout period...

    This is my first time feeling good about working out, and actually lasting this long. What's good about this app is it doesn't immediately make you do strenuous activities, unlike other apps. It gradually increases the duration and difficulty of your exercises, so it helps your body adjust to the difficulty. I'm on day 19, and I can actually feel the difference, without noticing that it already got harder (it actually feels easier now compared to when I started - I'm even doubling the sets!).

    So far it's been good. Real simple and easy. Stretching and building muscles that I don't even think I knew about. Nice to travel with can do most of it anywhere. After trying Multiple workout apps I would say that this creator is my favourite. And if you choose to go premium it's so cheap! Easy to discontinue the payments. No hassle.

    This app is super easy to follow, gives you great workouts, and has a reminder for each day so that you don't forget to do it. With workouts that follow the same routine day by day, I usually get bored. But this one switches it up each day, while still giving you exercises you're familiar with. I love using it!

But only onething i hate in this app that is we cant see exercise for other thing if we have to do that other exercise you have to pay ₹ 3600.so please dont or never download this app. And onething that is obove pictures are fake.     Easy to follow. Got me back into exercising because it starts off easy and slowly builds to more exercises per session. Barely noticed i went from 8 minutes to 15. Plus if you aren't too tired you can do it again, and you can edit the routines to add more time or change up the exercise. Love it.

    Literally the BEST workout app! Has the BIGGEST VARIETY I've ever seen! And mixed with BEST RESULTS? Am I in workout heaven? It even has workouts for a slimmer face and other things you would otherwise search for over the course of hours to only compile a list of 3 meager workouts. Results really show and you can feel it too. Nice reminder for me to feel accomplished! :D

    The demos on how to do correct workout pose are easy to follow. I like that it counts down until the position is almost complete as well as the countdown to get ready for next position. The tips during each pose is also very helpful.

    Fun exercises, quick to do so I can do them more or less within an ad break on the tv. There is more than one set of exercises so I can do several lots throughout the day. I can feel my strength and fitness levels getting better

    This app is really good for beginners. It makes working out easy. There is an avatar that shows you how to do each exercise which is very helpful. There is a bit of a break between each exercise as well so you can catch your breath and get ready for the next exercise.

    I'm a 36 yo female out of shape. Day 1 had me breathing heavy and sweating. I had 10 sec rest between workouts. Love the demonstration of the exercises. Definitely worth trying if you're unsure.

    Pretty good home workouts. I added wrist and ankle weights to kick up the intensity! Workout length is wrong 6 is 4:50, 8 mins is 5:40. So many ways to modify, I will start doing them 2 to 3 ti.es next!!

This app let's me work out while she sleeps and I have to say its great. It let's you choose your difficulty level, and good visual descriptions of what the exercise is.
