Though I installed this app about a month back, with a belief that it would be of use one day. Till now, it does not allow me to connect to my vehicle tag, nor it lets me report the problem through the app. I am not aware if there are other apps for other fuel vendors. If there are, then one has to just ignore this.

This is the most pathetic and horrible app. Yesterday I went to the HP fuel station Bandra west at 7.20 pm. The amount of Rs 1503 was already Top Up in the wallet. When I tried to preset the full tank, the server of fastlane was down. I waited 45 mins to get the petrol filled but unsuccessfully left without petrol. Today 2.30 pm I went again to HP fuel station. I could not preset the fuel. The server was down again. I was so furious at the station manager. The staff is very unprofessional.

Novice software development team. No integration of wallet pay or UPI payment method. Ensure you update chrome or system Webview, even if you dont use it, else this app shows white screen. Does not show transaction time in email wjen you add money. GPS integration is good as expected. Cashback is prompt. Pay by credit card and you end up paying 1% fuel surcharge as additional charge. No dedicated lane at petrol pump, one has to queue up in normal lane. What's the use of FASTLANE ?

I don't usually use such apps, but tried it. The experiece of the app is kind of nice. Easy pay wallets, you don't have to talk to the pump attendant and check the zero on the meter. Just one issue the app takes a long time in processing.

Fastlane concept is very useful. But in pune, its shows hp pumps near me. When I visit this pumps they says "fastlane is not working at now. Its closed." This says on Sanjay service station, loni kalbhor, Pune. Main thing is, Sanjay service station petrol pump is near to HPCL depot.

Fastlane fuel app is very great but, till now it has many minor issues with scanning the sticker server fails sometimes and need to design more user friendly, While adding money sometimes it fails, please fix bugs as soon as possible :)

App is good but service is not every where. This is totally unacceptable. This service operator comes late to work at the station and goes back home early after his target is met. I mean it's this why the app is sold to us?

Checked with 2 nearby HPCL pumps ... they do not have the Fastlane enabled for them...whereas the app shows its enabled...can the Fastlane team help in getting the list of pumps which support Fastlane.

First time user find very difficult to use because 1. A line with key symbol appears preventing inputting password. 2. Before submitting use back key. These are unusual.

Why can't I add the same car tag in 2 different mobile phones having a valid fast lane login ? Currently this makes it to be more dependant on the other person for refilling the fuel or fill it up without fastlane
