Idiots run this app... My wife's telephone internet connection is fine so they tell her my phone has no problem too. They ran a test on a different phone with a different IP address and assured her there's nothing wrong with my internet connection on this phone. 30 minute to download. I have applied for a yearly contract of the internet as plan , I have never applied for the Friday's app but it keeps sending me bills , i keep paying $1399 monthly for my internet bills and $199 for this Friday app that I'm not even using , i told them that I don't need it so I want to cancel that app but they keep saying that i need to came back after 6 months but when i came back they told me to come back after a year , what the heck , can i just remove my subscription..

Need some improve specially in terms of language there is a lot of foreign worker here taiwan using this application in taiwan and they( including me) can not read Chinese Characters maybe to cope with the situation you need to put option to change language after all this for Your telecommunications company to grow 😊😊😊😊😊
