I wanted a gallery to enable me to carry around our photo collection (60,000+) photos. So when in conversation someone asks about a place I can instantly search our complete collection and almost instantly show them a photo. F-Stop handles this flawlessly. Only missing thing for me is the ability to cast photos onto our Chromecast. Showing via screen mirroring loses the sharpness of my landscape photos.

Paid for the Pro version of this app only to find that it will not install on my Samsung galaxy tablet. I checked the requirements and the only one listed is for Android 5 and up. It will install on my phone but I wanted the larger screen size that my tablet provides. Very disappointing UPDATE - Following the - very prompt - response from the developer I was about to raise a support ticket but decided to try installing the app once again before doing so. This time, the app installed without any issues. Whatever the problem was, and there was one, it has been fixed. I am working my way through the features of the app and so far it does exactly what I was looking for . Very happy to recommend.

I've used F-Stop for years, but when I accidentally deleted a folder filled with important photos, I found I couldn't recover any of them. You need the pro version for that, which I recommend everyone get.

Purchased Pro but app refuses to open, only uninstall option available, have to reinstall everytime to open the app. Have already sent support mail to dev, otherwise is a good replacement for QuickPic.

I love this app, but I prefer to browse images via file explorer and this app doesn't let me browse a folder of images with the media viewer. It doesn't let you flip to the next or previous image, can only view one image at a time.

F Stop is a good and customizable picture gallery. The cons are the app is slow loading pictures, doesn't open sometime and frozed. I can customize the picture inside my folders to 2 columns, that is very rare in picture gallery app. The app need to be more stable.

Amazing app to 5star rate your photos, BUT it doesn't yet support USB. Such a minor flaw in amazing app. I can't find replacement with rating functionality and USB support, so I'm stuck, or I have to copy USB content first to tablet....

major disappointment is not able to move folders around. I can only move individual pics around. I could not delete a folder I created?!
