1.The app has no pictures for products. 2. I made an order of 3 products , but they give me one wrong product. 3. Customer service told me the order will be delivered during 45 min, but I received it after 7 hours. 4. I choosed the option of paying with Visa, but payment by visa machine didn't work smoothly. 5. I had to pay in cash, cuz their machine is not working, but after cash payment, i got msg from bank said the ezz pharmacy already withdraw the amount !

After I placed the order I received a call from the call center telling me most of items is not available, no problem as the items I requested is rarely available but why the application display it and let me order it, there is no integration between the available stock and the app.
