Works only sometimes. More times than not my cameras are offline. They are offline right now so I cannot see what is going on at home. Been offline for a few weeks now.

I have gradually experienced more issues as time has passed. First I noticed a gradual increase in the load times. Now I cannot connect remotely as I receive and offline message. I know it is online. Recently I began having issues with the box and the images blinking. Must be a local supply issue.

App is a little buggy on my phone. Sometimes the cameras don't show online. Sometimes the video jumps forward a few seconds randomly during playback. Otherwise it has plenty of good features and functionality.

depending on how new your phone is the app may not work. my parents have the s10+ and this app refuses to load more than 1 camera. older phones seem to have no issues, but new phones simply do not work. will update the review if/when the app is fixed

New update broke the app. NVRs all say Connect Close and show offline. NVRs work fine via desktop app. Deleting from device list temporarily fixes but after app is opened next time it will again show offline. Worked just fine with previous version of app before update.

Works half the times. You'll go to open up the app and you'll see that your cameras show up as being offline. What good is it if you need to see who's at the door and your camera's aren't showing up?!?

App does work but when you switch from cell service to Wi-Fi it will not load until you force close app then reload then wait from 1min to 5mins then it will connect again this needs to be fix though. Other then that app does work once connected

The wheel just spins, I can't get it to pull up and it says offline. I have another system Rio link and it pulls up just fine.

Cant adjust alert areas on Android phone. Shows offline almost every time I'm away from home, continue to get alerts but can't view them. Don't think I will buy Nellys again.
