We have been using eVoice for a number of years and we are very pleased with the system. We are a remote business and have different extentions for each department. Everyone is able to get their calls and messages. We use it for voice and fax, eVoice has never let us down. We are very satisfy with our choice.

Overall a good app. I would have given 5, but it doesn't ring my phone, just the office, when customers call back. This option would be a great addition to add.

Evoice - No updates in three years for Android is unacceptable, surprised Google Play Store does not remove it for being abandoned software, Google Should, Evoice should be making the software more user friendly

This is a great company phone system especially for the companies where everyone uses their cell phone all the time.

EVoice recommended to me by a friend for my new business and the app will not download properly. Goes to 'Prepare for new service' window and gets stuck there 4ever.

Terrible. Touch the screen and it takes 5 minutes to react. Makes the entire app useless. I like the desktop version a lot better, but even that has left a lot to be desired. Someone needs to go through the API and make it user friendly on both the app and desktop. They assume we know how to operate a phone system. Something as simple as "Auto Attendant" should be renamed to something everyone can understand. Extensions and Users and Attendants and Voice Mails and Numbers and Routing.. A mess

Billing After Free Trial Problematic!!! As great as the service itself is, you negate that PLUS when you offer a "free thirty day trial" and cancelling becomes a nightmare. Namely, it requires calling and/or emailing the business to ask for confirmation that your cc will not be charged, but were told you would receive an email confirmation(and DO NOT)--that imho makes a service untrustworthy with your credit card information. It's no secret that companies have been known to make unsubscribing and/or cancelling a subscription to their service arduous ON PURPOSE. So that the Consumer is repeatedly billed, before they are successful at cancelling their service. No different then the ol' bait and switch imo. At best, it's a deceptive business practice. There is no reason it should take less then the time it takes for you to type in your cc info to sign up for a free trial, then a 15+ minute online chat, and a follow up email to confirm that your free trial has ended and you will not incur a charge because it was done prior to that deadline to cancel a monthly subscription. Personally, I don't like doing business period with companies, or services that make cancelling billing difficult. There is no reason why confirmation that a service was cancelled, thus, a recurring billing cycle should not be immediate. With that being said, CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Also, you are not given an option to cancel through their website, nor remove your credit card information. You must call and/or chat with a Representative to do that. That too, is problematic, for me.

Not a bad app for the price of the internet service, but limited on some expectation of phone services. No caller ID available that shows the name of business as opposed to just the 800#. No flexibility for either using the caller ID or 800 that is shown for our outbound calls. Takes a while for professional voice choice to catch on that it has been chosen. Keeps going back to default or prior choice of voice greeting. And lastly, support service is almost non existent.

For those who just upgraded new phones and cannot log in like I did, try typing in your login in a text or wherever, cut and then paste. Do the same for password. Then login. I tried after almost getting frustrated and it worked. Don't forget to click on remember me otherwise you'll have to do it all over again. Cheers!

I have a few issues with the app. First, it takes several minutes for calls to show in the call log so if I miss one I can't immediately return it. Second, if I'm making consecutive calls I usually have to close the app and reopen it or it won't dial. There is also a noticeable delay on the line which is frustrating.
