It was working fine, but for some reason the app will stop working as well as it used to. It won't refresh the current amount, I had to uninstall and install it twice in a week for it to work. I recommended the everyday card to my sister pior to this issue, her ones work perfectly. It is working again now but don't know for how long. It was the new version when it stopped working, brand new phone. This has occured in previous apps before. Pior from that, setting it up was easy.

I can't log in, APP DOES NOT DISPLAY CARD ENTRY FIELD ON MY DEVICE. I checked on others, is same. My old one only shows small line sliver of a line instead of card no. entry box. Developer responder to my query "The response to your concern requires provision of sensitive customer and/or account information. Due to data protection, we are unable to proceed with the necessary resolution through email correspondence."

Failed to register the gift card using the app due to what is vaguely described as 'security issues'. To fair to the app developers, I had the same problem on the website. So sick of gift cards that make it so difficult to access the funds that were so presumably so easily taken from friends and relatives.

Load & Go was Great this one is HOPELESS you can't reload online, or see your current balance? You can not trust anything will work when you need it too, only gave one star because it doesn't allow ZERO

Can't reload online - won't let me login online. I enter my details into the login page. Press login. Longish pause, then back to login page - over and over, ad infinitum. Reset the password - more wasted time. No bank details are provided for bank transfer. Looks like physical auspost only reload - for now. I miss my Load&Go card already - it, at least, worked. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 20 Jun 21 UPDATE: This app is now intuitively simple. Still needs to sort out reload options.

This app won't allow me to log in to view the status of my card. Tried 3 times to install and register my card, app keep loosing connection. Very poor app.

Very bad app. Very hard or almost impossible to set up. An app can not get any useless than this one. This app practically dimonstrates the gradual decline of Australia post which I used work for 18 years and the nigligence of the management about the products and services of australia post who never read these reviews but draws huge salaries .

Just comes up with internet connection established and shuts down. Can't even get into app.

After a bit of mucking around for three days getting the card activated and linking to PayPal now everything is great . BUT the app does not show the current balance on the card then I would give five stars . Ring master card customer service if the card won't activate , same with PayPal to use on eBay . Very slow to show balance when you have made a purchase.

I get that you are proud of your new app but can you please remove the ad for it on your phone service. I already have the app, I don't need my time wasted by an advertisement, that you can't skip, every single time I call the phone line. While on the phone line, what's up with that garbled, muffled, poor connection sounding voice at the start of the call? Once you select your first option it goes back to normal but it's annoying to barely hear that initial voice every single time you call.
