Issue resolution team is very poor, ordered on last year October, still product not delivered but in the app status is showing delivered. Raised issue so many times in the app but they couldn't solve. For another product, my payment was 2760 taka, but when they couldn't deliver they refunded me only 970 taka, i do not know why. Raised issue so many times but still couldn't solve it.

Never download this app. It is the worst app I have ever seen. I ordered some things on cyclone in January 20 and it still didn't came. They says it will come in 7 to 45 days but it is like more than 45 days. Worst app I ever seen. 😠😡. But the product was very good.

Topup option are must be needed for all operators with skitto recharge. By using gift card can also permit for recharge. It is badly needed. Product review option should be added after product received. Pop up notification must be saved in Notificatons option. By using "Gift Card", product can buy as regular basis.

After upgrading to the latest version with new "Payment Gateway" added, "SSLCommerz" payment never worked!! It always shows "opening to payment gateway" but then no payment option arrives! Plz solve this problem, I am not being able to pay through my UCBL VISA Card.

Very very very bad experience of there service. One of my bad experience is i have brought 2 gift card almost 2 and a half month ago from evaly.After passing 3 month they Don't delivered my order,not even they contact with me.They are not fraud i think but there service is too bad.
