If I could give this app zero I would! I got the vacuum because it said I would be able to connect it to my phone. It doesn't work! Everytime I try to connect to my internet it says network anomaly please check and retry. Nothing is wrong with my internet. Sad that I can't give this vaccum good reviews because of this.

The current 2.1.48 version of the app does not connect to a 2.4GHz home [WPA/WPA2] WiFi network (which has zero issues) via a professional grade Mikrotik router, and so will not connect to a brand new, 1 day old, Groove NER300-DS. The specific error is "network anamoly detected". I can connect directly to the robot, so its internal WiFi hardware is working. I have an open ticket with Eureka Support as of this morning (10/21/2020). Feel free to contact me. I will update review when app is fixed.

I just got an i5 and cannot connect it to the app. Edit: it started working!

Edit : stopped working with last update. Software won't open... Reinstalled, cleared cache and data. Fixed permissions, nothing works. It's really frustrating to pay that kind of money for something that just doesn't work. YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE TO USE 2.4GHZ NETWORK OR IT WON'T CONNECT. FINICKY BUT SEEMS TO WORK GOOD AFTER ORIGINAL SETUP.

Same issue as a previous comment. This app will not connect to a 2.4ghz wifi router. The app itself is absolutely useless. I also have an open ticket with eureka customer support. Don't waste your time until they fix the actual problem.

So far so good. I was discouraged after reading all of the reviews but the only problem I had was getting my wifi password correct. I have a new Android and a 2.4Ghz wifi connection. Pretty happy at the moment. Named my robot Johnny5497.

It does not connect my NER300. I have followed step by step SEVERAL times, but everytime it should be finished, it goes back to the home screen and says it was unable to pull up my device list.

There's no mapping so why have a screenshot of it. Other then that app seems to work ok. Manual controls need serious adjustment to be usable guiding the robot.

Same issue. " Network anomaly " really bad app. Hope they get that fixed. Update: They fixed the issue. - 12/2020
