Unfortunately the app worked fine to begin with, but then we started to notice quite a few delays in being alerted. We have it set to update movement, so even when you don't ring the bell you should get a notification, but when coming and going the delay can on some occasions be several minutes later as it has been on some deliveries where they have rung the bell, by the time you get the notification and respond, they've long gone. It does however capture all movements with good image.

I have a wired doorbell camera. Works fine, but now the LED at Night button option on the app no longer works to direct LED light to stay on at night. Why has this been disabled!??? I want that blue LED night on at night. I turned it off, and now I cannot turn it back on through the app. UPDATE... It is now working and I can toggle LED light on. But, it appears this must be done during daylight hours. It would not let me do it at night-time, which is odd. Nevertheless, it's working. :) Happy

You guys have to fix the battery drain issue, it's downright terrible. Ever since I installed the app and set up my new cameras 2 days ago Eufy has consistently been at the top of the list for battery usage and I've had the app open like a total of 15 minutes a day. Otherwise, the app is great and works well and could easily be a 5 star app. Just please figure out the battery drain!

The integrated door lock and camera doesn't work for me. It's not difficult to come out of the doorbell and go directly in to the lock but it would be so much better if I was able to unlock the door directly from the doorbell like it's designed to. Other than that I truly enjoy eufy's lime of products. I'm looking forward to adding more. And I'm looking forward to those bugs being worked out.

Just viewing cameras works great. The biggest current issue is the crazy battery drain. Even without opening the app all day this app uses over 35% of my battery on average. Second issue is the doorbell camera is terrible at alerts. It often misses people, but tags the tree in the front yard as a person.... If they could fix the battery issue this would be a 3 star review and if they improved person detection then I would gladly give 5 stars!

Lots of trouble at 1st use. App won't connect with Eufy server when trying to connect to the Google Assistant/Home application. Therefore I can't view the camera on my Google Nest Hub. It did add the light control, but that is semi-responsive. Oddly, the dimmer interface is present but doesn't work Lastly, The motion detection region interface is garbage. What should've taken 30 secs took 5 frustrating mins to draw an outline.

Cameras are ok, but the doorbells, both wired and wireless version, keep losing connection. Often delay for app to notify someone at the door. Long lag between speaking and the doorbell casting to the person at the door, (once I managed to walk down three flights of stairs and then still hear myself say "give me one second, coming down"). And it is NOT my network, before some clever clogs tries to blame someone else. Not to mention Alexa sounding the doorbell with no one there most days

The app is sound I just really hope they add widget features so I can quickly change the security settings without having to log into the app each time. Adding the ability to tell a voice assistant like Google to "change go Away mode" or "set security to Home mode/turn off alarm" would be awesome!

Used to work great but as another user has posted on 10/31/21 notifications come through but no new recorded events are showing. UPDATE: issue was fixed fairly quickly. Getting videos in events timeline now but still missing some from 10/31. 4 stars since app is working but cameras are still iffy on motion detection.

I haven't had any issues until the latest update. For some reason it is not showing me any recorded videos anymore. It said their was no SD card, so I restarted everything. It's not saying the card isn't there anymore, but still won't show any recordings.
