I absolutely love using Etsy! I love that I can order from several shops at once, but wish they could work something out that you don't have to pay for shipping for each shop. I know that each shop ships separately, I get it... but if they could work something out with USPS or something would be great. I also wish that you could save filters for searching. But I love being able to order handmade items from all over!

The Etsy search engine has major issues. I always get hundreds of hits that have nothing to do with terms I enter in search. If I try to omit some listings by using a - before a term I get more hits not fewer. I can try to filter by type, material or color but the search engine's keywords overide the filter so I still gets hits for unwanted terms. It takes forever to find even things that are very specific. I make fewer purchases from Etsy than I used to. It takes too long to find anything.

I largely like the app, but they need to add a feature to remove listings from my feed. I accidentally interacted with an item I find offensive (trying to remove it), and now I get it showing up regularly. I don't have a problem with others interested in this content, but I don't want it in my feed. Please add a button to remove listings. I'm leaving my review as a 1 star until this is implemented

I love Etsy! I always find WAY more than I bargained for, which I totally love! **Editing in case anyone from Etsy actually reads these, as I can't find a way in the app to give feedback. Lately the favoriting function has been a little weird. It keeps automatically adding things to my general favorites list even when I deselect that option when adding an item to a specific list.

Platform was easy to navigate...only caveat is that when I tried to purchase the item I wanted, I was unable to complete it because the same item was on somebody else's shopping list. I think whomever completes the transaction first should get it. As it turned out, the other party didn't purchase the item in question, but I had to wait a day to get it...just make it "first come, first served" and such ambiguity about availability will be solved.. Otherwise, I was happy with the website.

Etsy has ruined themselves. As a seller and a buyer I am extremely dissapointed. Want to leave a review for an item you bought? It will push you too, give you alerts, and then the buttons all send you to the help page. Star Seller appears to be reserved for Allie Express drop shippers (I will go to Amazon for that thanks, I wanted a hand made seller) and in general Etsy seems to be just pissing off their very special customer base.

In the most recent update I've had problems with my android/Samsung version of the app. When I got to leave a review for a item, it'll go to the help page. But only for shops I've brought one item from. If there were 2 or more the layout is different. Not sure if it's an issue with the button size or what. Otherwise the app works well enough, and I have spent way too much money on it... ask my coworkers.

Notifications are suddenly gone since the last update on Sept 16th. I have a galaxy s20FE and have checked everything-notifications are all on, no app blocker is interfering, cleared cache, force closed app, the only thing I haven't done is uninstalled and reinstalled. I'm in the process of having something important custom made and when she messages me with questions, I'm not being notified from the app, and it's 50/50 whether I'm even getting an email from Etsy that I have a message.

Marketed to small businesses, but it doesn't help small businesses AT ALL. Also impossible to close your shop once you've opened it. I've tried their advised steps for closing shop, doesn't work! I've tried emailing their help center, NO REPLY, it's been weeks. AND THE PAYMENTS ARE STILL GOING ON EACH MONTH! Don't waste your time and money

Compared to Wix, Etsy is like walking onto a Ka'ena Point Beach after crawling out of Tornado Wreckage! I didn't give full 5 stars because I frequently got redirected out of one shop with several items saved for purchase, when looking at other designs Etsy suggested. Normal, but when I returned to favorite shop..all saved items gone. Had to restart process several times. If shop hadn't communicated with me..I would have bailed and bought on ebay. Haven't received order, back when I do!♡
