Absolutely fantastic for those new to the wise move of investing. Great learning platform. Safe. Easy to use. Good support. I have found it not ideal for manual trading, but then again I'm new myself, so maybe I need to learn more about how to use the platform for that. And they hopefully have the means of showing me how. Support at least appears good.

In app notifications are starting to be annoying. I have all notifications turned off yet I get them once in a while in the app, a red notifications in the top right corner like it's something important and urgent. Yet it hasn't once been useful or needed information, just a distraction. Let us turn off ALL NOTIFICATIONS! US stock options would be awesome and a dark mode🥳

Honestly a really good app, even though I much prefer the desktop version. They have some of the smartest and hard working social traders on their platform, which you can think of as mini mutual fund managers that you can trade along with automatically and for free. If you want to try stockpicking yourself, this is a good platform to start a career, but mind that there's about a 95% chance you'll end up much worse than by investing in qualified social traders.

I don't expect to have my money held ransom until I fill out a questionnaire including my address and national insurance number. If the information wasn't required for me to deposit funds and open a position in the first place then it's very poor practise to demand it three years later.

In about 20% of times when you try to open position, it says "Unable to open position" or "Error has occoured, please refresh the page" and you have to restart the app, opening trades later than you intended to. 4 stars for user-friendly app with useful functions.

Worst App. At first i was hesitated to download and use the APP. I should have listened to my instinct. 😢 First dilemna, i was not able to upload my ID (e.g passport) and proof of residency. 2nd, was not able to open my account. I am saving my username and password in my phone. But it always shows invalid username or password. Tried to click forgot password. Entered my email address, till now no email to reset my password!!! 3rd, customer service sucks. No proper case handling made. 🤬🤬🤬👎👎

All I have to say is that the app does exactly what it says I made to profit off of it. Pretty cool app I thought I see other complaints on here but read PDFs that come with all the documentation that you have to deal with and everything is very clearly written out. you want to withdraw all your money okay take a couple days back into my account with the Profit. I got to say it, this app Rocks!

Even when I follow the steps to create password (6 to 20 characters with one symbol, number or capital letter. I follow these instructions, yet the app tells me to "enter valid password" each time. It is impossible to even create an account!

I have the virtual account, and have gained night and day different trading knowledge and chart reading while studying the Charts. I learned I could throw money at a wall all day and loose it quick. Trading is not a game, but if done with a little help from the big guns videos combined with "eToro" charts, I plan on opening a Crypto yrading account soon.
