App is not working as it should. I can't log in onto it and I can't use it to log in into the George app either. I'm abroad and it's frustrating since I am dependant on online banking. It's lousy to have such problems in 2021.

Very bad. Already few days I can't make working. I uninstalled and installed, registered successfully but when I want to make transaction from George is saying to register because it was not registered. Very frustrating.

Because of this app, I cannot pay for anything using my Visa card since I am outside Romania and cannot receive the eToken "confirmation code" via SMS (SIM card does not function). Thanks!!! :)

If your device it's not rooted but the app says it is, check if you have developer options activated. If so, deactivate developer options, restart your phone and try again. It might work.

The last update does not work. I'm in quarantined and I can't use a basic internet banking service. Also no one answers when I try to contact the call center!!!! I need acces to the internet banking and I can t even buy food because this application is completely useful. The new update requires a new password which I do not have! Absolutely mediocre service!

I cannot rank this app higher because all the messages sent through it are lost. I even encountered a strange situation , I've received a message where the PAD will be automated renew and the money will be drawn from one of my accounts if I don't send one, and guess what I received a call from some impatient lady from the BCR Bank telling me that if I don't have a new PAD it is mandatory to go to the bank, and she kinda insist on this even if I told her why can we resolve this online ....

Doesn't even download. Before the update it worked very well. Now I can't use it, when I need it the most, because it doesn't download. I deleted almost everything on my phone, restarted. Called the call center and the nice lady told me to buy another phone. Nice!

Not available on rooted devices. Don't worry about my review, I am going to change banks anyway after you left me with a bitter test in mouth and a reactivation required for basically nothing. You know what they say, "complain with you wallet, not with your words".

I mean your only a couple of years late and still manage to make a very bad app... Also the fact that it is forced upon the user with the "enter eToken BCR to approve transaction" is hands down disgusting. " But there are other methods to approve..." NO! It should be like it was before, no going to the bank, no calling no nothing just entering my details and PIN. P.S. blocking the app on rooted devices is just pathetic...why does it even matter for the app? Thats the users choice...

I have this same problem of "device is rooted" and I have contacted the developer with the error code for more than a week now but no reply. It's frustrating!
