    The app simply does not work. I am a prepaid user (former B&YOU) and after logging in the app displays a message (showing a cartoon worker in a hard hat) that there are technical problems and to try again later. And it has done this for several years without it ever being fixed. If the app does not support prepaid, it should - but it should tell you if it does not instead of wasting your time. And yes, I speak French, but it would be helpful to add other languages; the web interface at least offers English as an option.

    Very slow, each time you click on a pitty icon you have to wait 10 seconds or more. So please Bouygues, buy faster servers, or do something. There no technical justification for this since other similar applications run as thunder !

    Too heavy to operate properly on many wifi, not streamlined enough to be functional, too many colours, too many options that cannot be removed. Phone and box cannot be checked together in one glance.

These attempts 8 hours apart. Biggest pile of merde I've ever come across. Uninstalling and changing networks!

    Jamais évolué depuis 1996. Tous les mois et chaque mois IMPOSSIBLE de régler les factures par carte bancaire en ligne. Il faut qu'on passe beaucoup de temps au téléphone pour contacter le service clientèle juste pour payer les factures chaque mois. On pourrait dire que Bouygues Télécom veut expressément rendre nos vies tellement difficiles jusqu'où moment qu'on cède et payer par prélèvement mensuel. Ce que je fortement ne conseille pas! 9 fois sur 10 ne fonctionne pas ou connexion trop lent.

    Un des pires opérateur ! Service risible! Une box qui n'a jamais marché mais qu'on m'oblige à payer!!! Inadmissible et une plainte déposée contre eux.
