Participez à l’amélioration de la qualité de notre réseau en nous autorisant à mesurer vos volumes de consommation data mobile et à traiter vos données de localisation.
Nous mesurons la qualité de couverture, les coupures et échecs d’appels, la connectivité au réseau et la qualité de la data 4G ou Wifi.
L’application effectue ces mesures géolocalisées quand l’application est lancée, ainsi qu‘en tache de fond (background) afin de pouvoir le faire le plus régulièrement possible

    There is not a single functionality that works. Every time I start it, I have to create a new password. Every second time, it just crashes. Wanna chat with support? Cannot read their answers for hours (even though they do answer). Wanna connect with your box for diagnostic? Nothing happens when you scan the barcodes. Wanna test your wifi? It gives you a link to download this very app. FOR GOD'S SAKE, HAVE YOU EVER EVEN TESTED ANYTHING? This is literally the worst app I have ever used.

    Be very careful with bouygues. Bunch of fraudsters charging extra on services you have never used or ask. They must be stealing alot from old people and people who can't responce.

    I need to enter my password 3 times each time I want to access the app. I also get stuck sometimes after entering my password because the screen to enter my password the second time does not always pop up.

    The app simply does not work. I am a prepaid user (former B&YOU) and after logging in the app displays the message "L'espace client est actuellement indisponible. Toute l'équipe est actuellement mobilisée pour résoudre le problème. Veuillez réessayer ultérierement". And it has done this for several years without this problem ever being fixed. In addition, attempts to reset the password don't work, with the message "Votre identifiant ou votre nom de famille n'est pas reconnu, veuillez verifier votre saisie" - even though the number and name are correct. If the app does not support prepaid, it should - but if it does not, it should tell you instead of wasting your time. And yes, I speak French, but it would be helpful to add other languages; the web interface offers English as an option, but the app does not. And I agree the app should be named "Bouygues" or similar.

    Hard to answer any review questions when the app simply doesn't work but "they're trying to fix it"! Doesn't tell you though till you've spent fu**ing valuable time entering your details. These attempts 8 hours apart. Biggest pile of merde I've ever come across. Uninstalling and changing networks!

    When chatting with support, clicking on the writing field when the keyboard is open closes it, instead of moving the cursor, which is dumb and makes me lose a considerable amount of time when trying to correct mistakes.

    There are so may features in this app. Too many, I'd say. It is crazy lagging and the ergonomics is not up to par. I wanted to subscribe to a bonus through the app, it would never load. I subscribed in 3 seconds on the website.
