I used to use Equalizer FX all the time & there was not another EQ app that came close to it and then that all changed!! Flat Equalizer is now my go to & I have tried A WHOLE LOT of the others in the play store... It sounds much better & gives great control all while remaining super simple and easy to control!! I think there's room for a little improvement & hope to see new features soon!

Almost perfect! Very effective but I'm experiencing some sort of strange bug. If I turn any of the features on or off, I have to close and re-open both apps in order for it to start working again (both the app playing the source audio and the EQ app itself example: if I turn the EQ or the bass booster off, it doesn't work once I turn it back on without restarting each app.

Flat Equalizer has modern visual style and the ux is clear and well explained. Took a little getting used to sliding settings and finding good profile. Like twenty minutes. And make sure you restart your audio apps after starting this one. The equalizer settings are not quite as vast as I would hope, but you can get some interesting effects regardless. Tldr; well polished basic app that does as it says it does(at least for yt music)

Only 5 frequency bands, no volume compensation. Bass Boost and Loudness effects introduce significant distortion rendering them useless. The Virtualizer Effect is … well I don't know what it is really besides superflous. The UI design deserves some praise, but that doesn't make up for the lack in functionality. Ad removal per subscription which is prohibitively expensive at $9.99 per year.

Seems like a pretty good equalizer and bass boost. The only thing that I would perfect is when sliding to adjust bass and treble frequencies have the number hang for a second so you can be sure what setting your on. Eg.+2,+5,-4,-8.

I can't pay for premium, because I'm a ward of the state (no card to pay with). Offer a one-time price for ad-free and I could buy it with my Google Play balance. It's worth whatever you think it's worth, developer.

This is a pretty decent piece of software. I'm not exactly sure whether the reverb and virtualizer do much though. But it does make just about any headphones sound amazing. I also use it to feed my curiosity into what songs would sound like through a wall, or through a tiny speaker. It is just that versatile.

l felt the vol of my Shokz Aeropex was too low and I didn't want to crank it up to max. The resolution was too low. FE allowed me to increase the resolution and I am now able to better control the vol to my comfort level at 50% - 70% of my max volume control. Excellent app.

Works great... A+. Make sure you change android so it doesn't power save kill it.. everything I could want. Great job. Subscription not so cool. This app should be like 1.99 not monthly or yearly.. uhh
