App used to be great but lately it keeps asking for cell phone number. I live in US and don't wish to give away my cell number. Why can't you let subscribers access content with their log in credentials? You don't ask for that in Roku and other devices. Why on cell phones?

Frustrating. I love the shows on this channel and decided to get a full subscription but the app to sign up is so poorly designed. I tried both mobile and email multiple times to finally get verification link. Mobile never worked. There is a DoB field that gives you a current calendar and does not allow editing. So you need to click back to the year and month you were born in. Poorly tested. Fix issue instead of asking each reviewer to email you. Why make it so hard to subscribe?

This app doesn't work only..cannot chromecast it too. For eg if I want to watch indepedia, and I search it it never opens up the page and doesn't allow it to watch.. We paid for the subscription and we are not even able to watch the programs.. How is this fair??

Even though with paid subscription unable to use app because everytime you open app it ask to verify with OTP Number which is not working with US phone number! No it hasn't got fixed. It keeps saying enter phone number. Once you enter the number it says OTP has been sent. But I never received anything. So the app is still not working.

The new update on May 14th is not able to work with Chromecast. Keeps crashing. Hopefully you fix the app soon because it has good content.. Chromecast icon is no longer available in app. Without this, the app is pretty much useless...

When I cast a video and turn my phone screen off the cast also turns off and the app also turns of completely and when I open the app again I have to search the video again and play it. App is not cast friendly even the subtitles does not cast. I use Chromecast. This problem is only for this epic on app.

Android mobile app has so many features like Podcasts listen.. ebooks reading but firetv app doesn't have these features also firetv tv app is not organized way..hard to find how many shows are available

I took subscription i just saw 1 day and next day again it's showing I have to subscribe for primium .. and when I email all the detail to epic.. they said in the mail they will come back to me when they get any update from back end.. till now no responce.. very bad exp not worth for 1 star
