EPAY Systems Mobile Punch Application allows Blueforce™ Customers to utilize Android Phones™ for collecting Time and Attendance. The Mobile Application provides the following list of features: 1. Employee Clock In\Out, Start\End Meal breaks 2. Supervisor Employee Group Clock In\Out, Start\End Meal breaks 3. Capture GPS Coordinates at time of Clock In\Out for verification of location *Optimized to 10 meters accuracy 4. Employee punches will be recorded in Blueforce and marked as “Un-Authorized” if the GPS location is outside of the acceptable distance from the work site *Distance is client configurable 5. Integrated with Blueforce™ TLM System Time card and Timesheet module 6. Location based (GPS) Dropdown list selections for Work Group (Site), Task, and Work Ticket – selections are filtered based on current GPS location. 7. Works in offline mode in cases where GPS and Cellular Services are unavailable 8. Ability to enter free from comments along with the punches 9. Search feature for Work Group (Site), Task, Employee and Work Ticket. 10. Ability to collect additional punch details at Clock-Out *Questions to be asked are client configurable. 11. Constant issues, our IT tells us that we need to update to fix the bugs. However, there are rarely updates available. The clock in app rarely matches the clock in or clock out time.

App does not work. I'm punching in at the correct times, and it would take forever to load, causing me to clock in and out late. There's sometimes some delay. I'll clock in, and it would freeze. I try other buttons to get it to work, and they get pushed moments later. I'm getting scolded by my supervisor constantly because of this. Please fix this app, for the love of all things holy.

An overall hassle to use. App takes forever to clock in/out, have to call someone to see my hours because my username/password never works twice, and they messed up all the companies W-2's. Gotta wait til march 31st for a corrected W-2, but was never specified if i will have it by Mar 31st, or they'll mail it by mar 31st. What do they care, they wont be penalized!!!

app will not close when you log out... constantly have to go into settings and force stop app otherwise it stays open trying to track my location wasting battery...app also seems to be opening on it's own at 6am in the morning. if I didn't need it for work would never go near it. either fix the problems or destroy it and start over! WE MAY NOT PAY FOR THE APP BUT WE ARE STILL CUSTOMERS TRY SUPPORTING US AND PAY ATTENTION TO THE COMMENTS!

The app is useful for collecting punches, but employees should have the ability to see all of their punches & total hours for the week as they are in Blueforce so that any discrepancies can be addressed before the timesheet is submitted. Our subcontractor uses the ADP app and THEY have that ability. Our employees think it's unfair considering how much larger this company is in comparison. And I agree.

Ever since I downloaded this app, it's been a constant pain in the butt in so far as taking way too long to load my punches so that they time out causing time issues. And if that's not enough, twice this app has not recognized my username and/ or password. I'm uninstalling the app and phoning in my times. It might be old fashioned, but it's much more reliable.

It has issues quite often. Can't even clock in or out the entire day.🙄 I even reinstalled it, but nope.

Rarely works. Whoever developed this needs another few java classes. I'm truly amazed you managed to build a back end for login yet can't manage to make buttons that work when pressed. Also, protip, it's been 10 years since this ui design was popular. Consider material.

Took forever to get the app downloaded due to my having an android (I guess)? Finally got the app, everyone is totally correct when they say it doesn't show hours?? Received first pay, 12.5 hours wasn't added. This app need to be fixed or totally discontinued.

Needs improvement... I missed a few punches because of this app... It's not fair that I'm busting my ass for 12 hours just to have incomplete hours..... I also almost got in trouble with the supervisor for having open punches... Please fix this!!
