The app is kind of flaky, and lately it's started giving push notifications about irrelevant news stories. Shame because the underlying service is pretty good.

I've been using this app/service for about a year now. Very good app, you need to be patient sometimes as the unlocking of the car can take a few seconds (generally about 15 seconds but 60 seconds was probably my worst experience). I've heard some people have had issues during the sign-up process but mine went pretty smoothly. Cars are not always very clean but they do the job at a reasonable price.

I registered in 2017 and I never managed to use it, 3 years later they told me my licence was verified and everythingwas fine but I couldn't unlock a single car. Then, they said they sorted, I bought a promotion package of 30€ but I could never unlock a car again. It's slow compared to other similar services and generally not intuitive. Also, for some reason, every few weeks it logs me out and I can NEVER sort it by myself. The app just goes nuts every time the same way, systematically.

Unusable. The registration process takes ages and always ends with an error which discards all your progress and forces you take an infinite stream of pictures over and over again. A worthless waste of your time, avoid.

the app is buggy the cars are too few and too often you only find out they won't move when you already walked all the way to get one. apparently you can leave a car with no fuel and it won't even start and the app just says "needs refueling"

The app doesn't work for me since three days after the last update. After several calls to customer service still no answer, no explanation, no messages from them, nothing. Really bad service.
