I would love a clear button, and I would love for the flow of the buttons for "skip", "reason: not carried" and "done" to be closer together ergonomically. They stretch my fingers.

This app is really nice. It helps in preventing all of the unnecessary physical paperwork that most companies require from people. The only problem is a feature to search through items on your own. The catagory feature is great, but to type in your product while searching for it would help in making sure that you do not forget any items while looking around.

this app could be far better if the products they have you look for had the picture of what they want the price for along with a description. Store brands vary from store to store and if you don't shop at a store very often, the brand picture or packaging changes from time to time. This would make it much better to get prices more discreetly and not hsve to tske any pictures.

App consistently crashes mid survey or does not load current surveya. Repeated contacts to technical support have proven fruitless because they don't seem to have the ability to resolve the issue. All they are able to do is advise users to repeat the same old activities that do not resolve the problem. As an auditor, I am seriously considering refusing to work for companies implementing and requiring use of this app because I am tired of losing money and bearing the expenses related to trying

I submitted prices for hundreds of products only to find my Missions "reset" the next day... Mystery shopping company is saying there is nothing they can do about it. This app was good before this issue as I've been doing Missions for months without much issue.

This app makese look like a lazy liar with no regard for commitment. Missions that I have submitted with prices show up completely unpriced on the MSP's end. Constant problems. None of my issues have been resolved-not ever/not a single one, despite requests to the engage "help desk."

When using this app at a store where items are in different missions, yet are not even close to the other items that are actually in the department, I can't go to more than one other mission before completing the first one. Not very efficient.
