Calendar sync is great. Reg. app language, my mobile needs to be configured in English but I would like to use the app in Polish but no such possibility.

Extremely unfriendly ux. So many times you have to fill up details for appointment. Often there are no dates for any appointments. If you want to schedule examination you almost always have to call hotline. Want to check see if there is earlier date for given specialty? Nice that you found it, but if you try to book it now it will tell you that you already have appointment scheduled. Wow can't you just ask if you want to reschedule? Overall it's sooo painful to use this app

For scheduling an appointment you may ends up having one after 4 months if you were lucky with stomatologia, waiting list needs to be reactivated every 2 weeks, you can't inform the doctor that you will be late by 5 or 10min, you cant rate or give a complain about a doctor (a doctor just rejected making an examination because i was late by 10min due to the traffic however my examination duration was 30min) like the patient wait for the doctor even more than 20min but not the doctor.

Any update logs you out... Apart from this at enel-med doctor write prescriptions for full payment even though you are entitled to co-payment for some reason.

Unusable and terrible ux. Can't reschedule a visit within the next 2 months as there are no "results for the given criteria" which is not sure because there are free spots that I can see on the website. Also downloading visits and then filtering it makes it useless for refreshing data because you have to quit the screen to redownload all visits to filter.

The application takes a very long time to load most things, enelmed doesn't give you the "terms of service" in English even if your application is in English. Video e visits also don't work. It also doesn't give me easy access to my profile. Overall, it's not a good application.

App is too slow. In every section you have to wait for some download of some lists. It even doesn't keep previously downloaded lists, so that every time you will wait. This is annoying, come on, we are in 2020...

The waiting list option is not working since regular visits got replaced with phone consultations. The button is there but the error "waiting list is not available for this service" pops up every time.

Very helpful the application. I can always check my ongoing appointments and make reservations for future visits. And my medical results can be consulted online as well easily
