Loved how easy it is to access, user friendly. However the app crashes unexpectedly quite frequently. Another issue is with the appointment bookings. I made a booking for a clinic appointment a week before the scheduled date. Received the confirmation email. A few days later, I opened the app to check my appointment but it wasn't in my appointment list. I had to book another appointment to make sure it was in the same day. Appreciate if someone could look this up.

It won't let me confirm appointment at the last step. The error message keeps appearing and telling me to try again. I have no idea if my appointment is confirmed.

My boyfriend and i love Encore Med because it has put clinics into one place AND everything is great! Biggest thing that Encore Med has given us is TIME. It has cut down our waiting time in clinic, and gives us the ability to check live queue situation before we go.

the online app hang on me when i changed laptop. i keep seeing the message "loading device compatibility" and the "install" button shows installed on my new laptop even though its my first time using encore med through my new laptop.
