They claim I used most of what I saved in gems to upgrade a building & tell me that it couldn't have been accident b/c they require a second button pushed for approval of action. I don't remember doing it. But their support system, by itself, is designed to make people give up their claims b/c they make it so hard to contact anyone. They could have done something to fix my issue, make it fair for me & others, but they run on a script to steer people back into spending without helping.

The game is pretty addicting, but it is very Pay to win. I see the developer responses saying that everyone has the same odds of getting 5 stars, but that's BS. I only have 5 stars because I put money into the game. It takes forever to level up heroes and they bombard you with money offers every time you log in. It would be a 5 star rating if they weren't so greedy.

I have been playing for a minute now and as much as I used to love it, that feeling is waning. I have spent money on this game only to realize I can't ascend 5* heroes bc I am missing materials that only seem to pop up in the $99 package and it's only like 1. Don't copy paste your response about fast pace blah blah blah, because I have spent money to no avail but that stops here.

Is there a special reason why I can't to the game using 5G Network on a Metro by T-Mobile line?! I forced stopped several times and then I finally uninstalled the game reinstalled it still the same problem it's telling me to check my internet connection or try a different internet. The only time I've had these problems is when my phone was cut off and my phone is clearly turned on so I just want to know what the hell is going on after spending so much money on this game why is it doing this?!

This game used to be great. I've been playing for around 3 years now. Unless you plan on spending $30+ a day, you'll get stuck like I am. Dozens of 5 star heroes and no way to ascend any of them fully. I enjoy the game, but cut us players who have stuck around some sack. I am in no way going to be spending $100+ a month on an app based game. You Devs, as well as ownership, need to wake up and see what is happening. You are losing your core clients in your veteran players at a rapid rate.

I'm editing my review to drop this game to one star. I've played almost 3 years and it's unbelievable how money hungry this company has become. Everything they add has to be purchased and their deals are trash. Promised the community their limit break items were going to be rewards then the next month they made them pay to get. Your money is better spent literally anywhere else.

Money suck. Avoid!! Responding to their comment: Yes, it's free to play, but if you ever want anything good in your lifetime, you gotta pay. Regardless of whether you pay or play for free, the way the game is completely rigged against you at times - from boards to draws - is extremely frustrating, and THIS is the real reason why I can't recommend this game. Save your money and spare yourself the aggrevation. Seriously...F this game!!!!!

It starts off well and the basic game concept is good. After a few weeks of play the pay to level features begin to overwhelm game play. New players be warned, Goblin balloons are one of the best examples of slimy money grabs. Some of your loot is in the form of goblin crates. You open them along the way and when you collect five you get the rewards..basic materials, unless you pay $6 to get what's in the crate. All money spent is like playing the lottery, there is a chance you will win.

Loved the game until I made it to harder titans. Majority of hero skills block the board. So unless you have photographic memory you lose sight of said board. On top of that the titans waste the last 7 or so seconds of fighting them. Something should be done about titan skill time wasting and maybe an option to cut visuals off of hero skills..

This game is a little stingy with player rewards and very grindy to get further along in it. Also, my biggest problem is that if you ever use a refill item, it you still have 1 or 2 points remaining, you will lose those. For example if your energy cap is 40, and you only have 2 points, so you use an energy refill. It will put you back at 40, but you just lost those 2 points that you had remaining. I'm not buying anything with real money on this game again.
