I love the elvie pumps themselves. But, the app definitely lacks. It worked the best in the beginning, but even then it was never 100%. My experience matches these other comments. The date was a day behind. Loses my pumping data. The pumps don't stay connected. I thought it was my phone, but I recently got a brand new Samsung galaxy 21 ultra and it seems like the app is even worse with this phone. Wish I could report a better experience.

I didnt think the app is as terrible as everyone says. It must be operator error for people who kept getting disconnected from their pumps. I had no issues.....and as far as the measurments....beh...good enough....i like that i can see how long each pump has been going for and the ability to change suction power. As well as see how much battery life my lil pumpies have left. I am aure elvie is doing their best to fix the bugs. Still new technology. Any how. Thanks elvie.

Same as the other reviews... The date is always wrong. I'm constantly having to reconnect the pumps during a session because the Bluetooth connection drops. The milk estimates are ALWAYS wrong. And it constantly loses my session before I can save it. Good thing the pumps work well and are super convenient! Otherwise, this would be worthless.

Love the pumps. They are life savers. But the app lacks like the other reviews say. This is a $500 dollar product, I have experienced on multiple occasions leaks from over filling the bottle and the app/pump not warning me of high fill levels. The levels are not accurate and I can't see the last entry until I pump the next time.

Love the pump, HATE the app. It doesn't matter how many times you reconnect to the app, it will disconnect in the middle of your session. The pumps WILL work without the app, but to keep track of the time and see your projected output, you need the app. I usually have to force close the app and reconnect the pumps 4-5 times per pumping session. The first crash usually happens without 20 seconds of the session. PLEASE fix the app.

I LOVE the pumps but the app needs a lot of work. During each pumping session I have to force close and reopen the app at least 5-6 times to see where I'm at and even then it doesn't always work. I get the same experience whether I'm on wifi or not.

So... the app is a good concept, but isn't very well executed. The date is wrong, which seems like the most basic function. So, is not surprising that other things don't work properly. The volume readings are massively inaccurate, and the pumps are always disconnecting from the app. The pumps are very convenient, although not the strongest suction. Not impressed considering the hefty price tag 😕

Love the pumps, but the app is trash!! Might as well not use it at all. Literally every single session it loses connection with one or both pumps saying that its too far away, turned off (not true) or out of battery (all not true). Sometimes when the app actually connects to the pump, the part that shows your current milk volume still doesn't work. It also doesn't record sessions correctly. That being said, the pumps work fine without the app and I use a separate app to record my totals.

Basically unusable: App disconnects from the devices frequently, the latest sessions don't show up until i restart the app, volumes are always wrong, dates are wrong (ie it thinks today is Friday, March 27). Very disappointing for a $500 product. 3/30 Update: Reached out to Elvie per the teams response and was asked to check the charge, firmware, and distance from phone during sessions. Each was working as expected so for now, the only solution is to manually edit the sessions and dates.

Pumps work great! However the app does NOT. They hardly ever connect to my pumps and if they do they usually disconnect at some point. The measuring aspect isn't great either, I find myself manually entering it 90% of the time because it's wrong.
