I love this wallet! Safe, simple, and secured. You can stake crypto though they don't have many options they have some good options available for staking. My only issues were updating the actual physical wallet; it was a little tedious, but with the help of my cousin I was able to get through that process. Also the minimum to purchase an asset on the app is a little too much sometimes, but the fees are cheap. Thank you ellipal for creating the most secure cold wallet in blockchain! 🙌🏼❤

I wish I could say good things about this. Everything started out well but this wallet and app have been nothing but infuriating recently. Every update has made issues worse and the Customer Support hasn't been able to help I. The slightest. Save your time/money And go elsewhere.

It's not so much the app I have a problem with but it's the actual Ellipal Titan device. I can't get it to charge and I've messaged Ellipal multiple times and still no response. So now my assets are stuck and I can't withdraw them because the device won't turn on. Very frustrating! Update! Customer service has failed to reply or address my concerns regarding device charger. Steer clear if you don't want to get the run around from their customer service department.

For the most part I like the app, however, the physical cold wallet won't accept my password which has not changed. Pretty anxiety inducing. UPDATE: Got my issue resolved so I am adjusting my review.

Pretty much all of these cold wallets are a bit difficult to use at first. However, there are training videos on their website, along with support people ready to help. I personally have enjoyed my experience thus far. And I would buy this again.

takes forever to update the balance on some coins. I've had a XTZ transaction confirmed for over 100 hours and the app won't show the balance. I've never had this happen on any other software wallet.

There are a several flaw in the cold connection steps. It is not good for a regular user. ------- I changed my rate from 2 to 4 because their support team are very responsive and detailed.

Update. Do not use this mobile wallet!! You wont be able to access your $ once in their wallet. Support is a joke. Perpetually says try again shortly. No matter if select max send time or slow. Will not allow sending coins out. Bitcoin and bitcore coins stuck in wallet. Cant exchange or send them anywhere. Someone needs to start reporting this company for fraud.

Updated the app and now the app displays "network connection error". What happens when you need to withdraw your crypto and Ellipal has a connection error? Also simular reviews about not being able to withdraw all you DOT. I lost a coin forever which I paid for. I don't want reimbursement I want my crypto I put in. Also would not suggest putting your ethereum in either bc you will not get it back. Tried to withdraw and I get the message "not enough gas". No help from support.

Not ready for DeFi. The app does not recognize random coins produced on various chains. There is no sync function to download data from app to device without a transaction (signing). The poor software renders the reasonable hardware obsolete and a paperweight. The hardware does need a fingerprint scanner and 50% bigger screen. The company should partner with an app like SafePal since Ellipal has the better hardware and Safepal has the app.
