Not sure why you guys are all having problems. Now I am giving 1 star because I want digital controls back, i.e. EQ. You claim on your site to have an app for the gen2. As far as connection out the box, Xbox one x and Samsung A51 picked it up fast like a cupcake at a weight loss convention. The headset has connected to everything I've thrown at it. All the way to my hacked vita.

My stealth 700 gen 2 were having a weird buzzing noise for my ps5 audio so I tried to use the app to fix it. The app tells me that this app doesnt work for this type of headset and to download another app. The app just sends me to an infinite loading screen. I dont know if the audio issue is something I have to fix or I just send the headset back.

Looking to be my last turtle Beach headset purchase. I own the stealth 700 Gen 2 and this thing is failing me less than 1 year later. From mic sensitivity issues to volume adjust troubles. Not to mention the app support is not existent, while the website directs me to this particular download. And yes, I thought it may be an issue with firmware as I didn't try this for the last 6 months but nope! Everything is up too date apparently...

I CAN ONLY WONDER WHATS WRONG WITH TURTLE BEACH FOR GETTING RID OF THE NORMAL AUDIO HUB APP. I GOT A NEW PHONE AND WAS NOT ABLE TO TRANSFER THE OLD APP WHICH WORKED WITH STEALTH 700'S. I GUESS ONLY PEOPLE WHO BUY THE 300 STEALTH 800'S DESERVE TO BE ALLOWED TO ADJUST HEADSET SETTINGS. THERE IS NO OTHER TURTLE BEACH APP ON THE GOOGLE PLAY STORE AND THIS APP SAYS ITS INCOMPATIBLE WITH MY HEADSET. JUST WONDERING WHO DROPPED THE BALL TURTLE BEACH OR GOOGLE

The app is terrible and only works for one turtle beach headset. If you have anything but the 800 don't bother because they obviously do not support their slightly older headsets anymore. If you need a headset, try something besides turtle Beach. They have gone way down hill on their support.

I used to have the turtle beach 700 gen 2 audio hub app. But then deleted it since i had to get that headset replaced. Now im trying to install the app again but the headset just doesnt want to connect with bluetooth and this app says it is for the elite 800. Can we get this all situated or im just going to switch to another brand?

App doesn't exist for stealth 700 gen 2 but even then the gen 2 can separate voice chat and game volume. Want to hear enemy footsteps guess what your team chat just gets louder so if they talk you can't hear anything (issue on ps version) total trash older versions used to be able to do that simple task returning this garbage asap

Needed to redownload the app for the Stealth 700 gen 2 series since the wheel for voice chat stopped working. This app doesn't work for the 700 and suggests to download the proper app which isn't in the playstore so an endless loop ensues

Turtle Beach advertises that the audio hub app works for the stealth 700. This clearly isn't it and there's no app available for Android available. They need to get this sorted out.

App functions as you would expect to change settings and update firmware on the headset although there has not been an update for the headset in years (most recent update is from 2015). Also the app allows you to customize the the sound presets but does not give you any options to change them too. The old Audio Hub had many presets to download specific to the game you were playing like Witcher 3, Call of Duty or Mass Effect. It seems they are currently not acceptable... but why?
