This is the worse app I've ever used! Everything is 'Loading'. Login function, help menu etc just continues to say 'Loading' without actually doing anything!!!!! Utterly useless app. ZERO STARS

Good to scan images but when you hit export you just get the spinning wheel forever. Wanted to save it to a cloud service. Also the notebook I got which is a5 has an awkward spiral binding which means I can't lie it flat to write easily on both pages and fill the whole space.

please fix your export options. Couldn't save to Google drive, send to bluetooth or store on nextcloud. Copying link didn't work either. Turns out discord was the only thing I could actually send the PDF on... Everything else in the app works alright, but it's very important to me to have the ability to export PDFs to my computer.

Awesome! Once I figured this out, uploading PDF file workbooks I can easy fill them out digitally and with ease. Not only does this save ink and paper, I am able to keep track and edit when needed. This is more than just scanning pages from the Elfinbook!

Updated: 11/22/20, No updates yet I'm having to login. Why? Don't know! Reset of PW not working - stay AWAY from this app. Get a Rocketbook instead! Took away 1 star. Old review from 1/2019: Concept is good but execution is poor. Having to login with a password you can't change every time the app is updated is terrible. Why? Why doesn't the app stay logged-in after an update?! Then the log-in may or may not work! Bad!

It's better to use telegram bot than using this app. Either it's still good. Idk why OCR function took so much time. I tried to do my writing at the best. But, well. ( ◜‿◝ )♡

I loved this app until it just stopped uploading the PDFs after a month of use. This defeats the point of having the eraseable notebook for me. I have not been able to get any response from tech support whatsoever. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't do anything. Funny that it worked long enough that now I can't get a refund and now I'm stuck with an app that can just take pictures of my pages, but doesn't allow me to save them as PDFs or upload them anywhere I could actually make use of them.

Useless, POS, broken, incomplete, falsely advertised. These are just a few words and phrases that come to mind with this app and companion notebook. Sure, the app scans, but so does a boatload of other apps. And in my experience, those apps let you upload to cloud services seamlessly. This app won't even give you a whiff of such functionality and it is my suspicion that it is because of privacy concerns. I mean, why else would simple, and advertised, functionality be missing?

Worked fine for a couple weeks, but now the app keeps crashing and when I can open the app for about 10 seconds, it doesn't seem to have any of my notes in there. So it seems everything is gone. The app itself is pretty poor anyway, the pictures it takes aren't great, I could probably get a better shot by taking a picture of an A4 notebook and edit it in Lightroom. Anyway, live and learn, won't be using this again, mainly because I can't ....

Agree with the rest of the negative reviews. After scanning many pages and doing the perspective crop, the app ended up saving none of them. It doesn't save the pictures you take, so if the scans don't get saved, you wasted your time. If you edit the picture (e.g. Contrast) and press the back button, you lose the picture and have to retake it. Absolutely frustrating. Try notebloc instead. Does everything this app can, plus saves pictures in your gallery automatically.
