For anyone having issues with the app. Remember to answer all of your security questions and save it. Then follow the same instructions that the site give you. After that ensure to sync the app with the site as well. It should work from there.

Great app, I love to have more advanced security on my games, so adding this made sense. So far, I haven't encountered any problems, of course the UI is dated but this doesn't bother me. While you have this security key attached to your SWTOR account, you get a free monthly Cartel coin grant (100 per month). This is a great bonus. There's also no ads, so you aren't distracted while trying to log in. Overall, I'd definitely recommend.

If I could rate this zero stars, I would.The code changes way too fast, which isn't even nessecart, then once I've set up a code, The site doesn't recognize the code. This app needs serious fixes, and it doesn't look like EA is gonna make said fixes, to summarize, don't waste your time, or sanity, with this app.

I had the physical authenticator since they came out it was dying.This is a huge improvement I don't understand the negative reviews if works fine for me.

This app is broken! You're supposed to be able to see the serial number when you launch the app and click info. The problem is, there is no info button!

I really love the app but, is it possible to add GTN to this app or an entirely different app so that we can have access to it even if we're not playing the game?

This works perfectly like any other authenticator. What you actually have to do is go through "My Acccount" on the SWTOR website and go to the left side if the page and click "Security Key", re-validate your email, go through that process, and then go back to the Security Key page and then go from there where it only then has clear instructions at that point.

Worked fine for me. I was able to remove my old one cause the battery was dying and it gave me a serial number to activate the new one, which I did. Works great. I think people arent using it properly because they arent linking their account or syncing the app with their account. You have to log into the website, go to my account, security key, then mobile app, and then open your app and there should be a lengthy serial number, put that in and then enter & then a 6 digit code will pop up, tada.

This is very frustrating!! I can't log into my account because I cannot get a code- the app won't accept my serial number and this run around between go to SWTOR and EA that just sends you to the other to report the issue is maddening. Either the app needs to work so I can get the code to log in, or someone needs to help me.. OR give me my damn money back!

This app was built for older versions. Nothing happens when I click "Check for update". How do I get a newer version of this app for my new phone? P.S- My old phone has the older version and I dunno when my old phone with die so before it I wanna move on to my new phone safely. Kindly direct me.
