Keeps crashing so I have to uninstall then reinstall. Doesn't always give correct data. Sometimes the daily graph will show a day then it disappears. The amounts charged are different depending on what screen looking at.

Very bad customer service. Was trying to solve the issue with live chat, and the guy from other end actually ended the chat window, without getting into the matter properly. Definitely switching. 😡😠

Good enough but can be better 1. Colour scheme makes it hard to read. light colours on dark background will make it easier. 2. Slow start up and navigation.

Wouldn't recommend App or company usage data is 48 hours behind after having trouble with accurate readings a new meter was installed this caused bill date to change from my pay day also changed from weekly schedule to fortnightly without my knowledge and this has caused them to some how not account for a payment made during this time so I am being over charged not to mention only form of contact is to live chat through app which closes everytime you leave the app so no way to keep connected

Good company, terrible app. Hate the use of the sticky swipe function to set the hour of power! It often shoots way past my desired time. Please make it smooth scrolling/sliding/swiping.

Please please fix the sliding scale for choosing the free hour, it way too sensitive. Try to move one or two spaces and it flies off 4 or 5

Awesome app and power company!!! It would be nice to see the ability to change power hour for weekend to a different preset, rather than having to do it manually. I'd appreciate you offering solar PV buy back incentives too :)

Once I learned how to maximize my savings, I have cut my bill to about 30% of charges from my previous supplier. I live in an area with ancient infrastructure, and supplier choices are limited. Just in the last week I have upgraded my smartphone and had issues with that even though I had managed to switch over the app and get the latest version. Via the live chat and in the middle my own family emergency, the fantastic experts have researched a fix that did it. Can't recommend highly enough.

Credit balance shown totally different to that on web page (which is accurate) and seemingly unable to check what my current month bill is up to in real time (can do this on web page). Therefore only useful for changing my hour of free power hence the 2nd star. Fix those simple things and I will def re-score. Thanks
