Very bad ekyc app many bugs inside most of times create problems when uploading documents mostly when clicking the directly from camera and not a image cropping options in capture mode. And not good support from backhand also not properly Knowledge of backhand team. And no feedbacks and suggestions page for better service. If company want to switch ekyc work then company need to take suggestions from user not only replying from backhand thats it features only.....

Most ghatiya application I have ever seen. If. You have to open or apply for a single account it will take you close it and open app again n again. For every step you need to close it again n again. What tha... It should be so fast and accurate. Your main activity is ..#@#
