Do not trust - their app doesn't always synch with blockchain - they can lose your BTC. I woke up one morning to all my BTC gone - plenty of better wallets and DeFi exchanges - don't risk your coin here.

Lost my BTC deposit. I've copied the BTC wallet address from Eidoo, transaction was processed to the Eidoo address but no BTC have been deposited. After re-checking the BTC wallet address is different now, it seems to have changed somehow, and cannot find anywhere the original address pasted on the transfer.

Can transfer my ERC20 tokens out because of high gas fees. But that's not the issue. The issue is that this app doesnt even tell you how much gas you're short of, keeps you guessing. Terrible UX

This app used to be great, somehow i cannot adjust my tx fees like i used to in older versions. Even the exchange function doesn't allow you adjust your transaction fees. Why? Secondly, why won't my seeds work on other wallet apps like IMToken, I tried loading my wallet phrases there and its bringing up a totally different wallet. Also noticed other phrases from other wallets dont work with Eidoo too. I hope you understand all I've complained about, a response would be appreciated. Thanks

It's a real gateway to the world of crypto also for common people. This apps truly brings the power of the future finance for everybody. Very good wallet, atom swap, personal keys, and lastly the incredible power of DeFi. It lacks of some bells and whistle, but the core is there. Some slight optimizations are still needed (improve views of tokens, avoid unwanted exits from the app, and maybe more updated desktop version) but it's only a matter of time, I suppose. Fifth star is for the support: great people!

The major issue that small users will face is high gas fee of ETH to do transactions. Eventhough app performs well, you need to take care of other solutions as ETH seems not be a viable option due to its high fees. Most of the comments were about this. Hope some required action will be taken from your end at the earliest.

Cannot send ETH from my wallet, nothing happens after entering password, have used the wallet for a long time but never had this issue....please sort this ASAP... 19.2 update...support have been helpful and the wallet worked from another device i used

Very high fees... Transferred ethereum twice paying high fees and even after that app says insufficient balance to transfer tokens. Neither it displays how much ether is required to transfer specific tokens. The swap features also require very high fees.
