eharmony has potential and certainly a lot of subscribers. That said, the app they provide leaves so much to be desired. I've deducted a star for each of the following glaring failures to deliver services that ought to be fundamental to the nature of the platform. 1. The pictures of matches sometimes stop loading for no reason. Indeed, sometimes the app won't do a thing without being reset. 2. The messaging platform is truly awful, and the video date feature all but unusable. 3. Push notifications are extremely spotty. Sometimes it tells you there's a new message; usually it doesn't.

Worst $300 I've ever spent😂 Don't do it. I regretted my purchase in less than 15 minutes. You can't sign up for 1 month at a time, options are 6months or more billed at a high monthly price. Complaints on the app: doesn't always notify you in real time of messages. Pros: you aren't reminded of the sad, sad options available to you every time you get a message.

eHarmony is very user friendly. They're not too pushy in making you fill out the many questions available to you...The more pictures the better for us on the other end trying to get to know you. They don't miss a beat on encouraging people to interact together, regardless how shy you are...A little nudge towards meeting your future mate is not so bad...Just be sure you're serious to find love, because once you become a premium member, you're locked in for one year. Refunds are not available.

I can't recommend this app. While it has many positive reviews online, it seems those times have passed. The premise is interesting on paper with psych profiles and compatibility ratings. In practice however, even in very large cities, the userbase just doesn't compare to more modern dating apps. Among the millions of users advertised, a significant portion have not been active in the last month. Add in an outdated user interface, and an unjustifiably high subscription cost... It's not worth it

This app and site is beyond disappointing. Rarely new members, a LOT of people on the site put up pics which are at least 8+ years old, most people don't even fill out their profiles so there's not much to work with when you message someone. Wish I never wasted even just $1 on this subscription, let alone $300. I tried asking for a refund and explained my experience, eHarmony could not care less and refused to offer me any sort of refund even though I still had 4 months left on my membership.

TERRIBLE- I used eharmony in the past and it was a much better experience. Now it's completely disorganized, you have to pay a minimum of $250 to use any features and if you aren't satisfied you cannot get your money back. Any random person can message you. Likes and messages are mixed together in an "inbox" and it's impossible to navigate. Customer service said "I suggest you take time to respond to the 91 messages in your inbox and look beyond physical photos." Ridiculous.

This is an awful application. the search database is tiny, subscription prices are a rip off and the terms and conditions are a con. The application is slow and poorly put together. Most free dating services are better value than this and once your tied in to a contract you have no way of cancelling without a hefty fine. The chat features are limited, application keeps crashing, notifications randomly stop and your spammed with emails. Filter settings are very limited and the interface is poor.

I found it to be a huge waste of time, and unlike other dating apps, there aren't any short-term membership plans you can get out of once you realize the app simply isn't worth it. They'll lock you in for a few months atleast. There are plenty of other cheaper options that make it easier to part ways. Find them.

Super restricted if you're bot a premium member (can only choose state, not a max range from your city, can't filter search results at all). But honestly, the stupidest thing, you can't view photos if you're not premium. Automatic pass. Not even going to consider paying if I can't even truly look at a profile. Like most dating sites/apps, you have tons of bare profiles minus pictures, so hiding them makes zero sense.

Application and customer service is terrible. There seem to be weird technical issues. I've had my account active for 4 days and haven't received any profile views. I have professional quality photos and spent time writing a genuine profile. I tried calling 5 numbers listed for eharmony. They all give a busy tone then drop the call. I have a 3 month subscription. I'm canceling if this does not get resolved. Really disappointed in this service so far.
