Can't login. When it sends verification code a white box pops up and just says "Loading..." with a spinning circle and never goes away. So I can't enter the verification code it sends me and login. Kinda useless, literally, as I cannot use it. Edit: it ended up working later on, not sure what was wrong. Tried multiple times originally. Seems to be working fine now!

I ended up having to call the help desk. Took me 32 minutes to set up. When it asks for your country code & phone number only ONE +(number) should show. If your phone number has a + & the code delete it. It suggests removing your current wifi router but if your like me you probably have it linked to a different system. It works fine with both on but you just have to switch to the eero wifi if you want to use it. The password and network name work like normal. This works as i expected.

Network is far from stable for both Ethernet and Wi-Fi. My cellphone and computers won't stay connected. Restoring my TP Link Wi-Fi 6 router. I find it more reliable.

I'm seeing my routers are offline but I do have internet. So I had to check each eero and the lights are on. But according to app it shows every eero is offline.

The app works. But I wish I didn't have to install it? Why can't I just use a browser from my desktop? Don't give me a security issue cop-out. Don't give me an ease-of-use cop-out. Desktop browser option is 100% just as safe and is the easiest option. They just want more people to download their app. The fact that you have to use the mobile app is a huge downside to this entire setup. Also, the app does not allow a high degree of network settings customization normally afforded to most routers.

Ultra basic. "Having trouble:follow steps" except app doesn't allow any of those steps. App doesn't show what help guide instructs. Is your wifi brand new? Too bad, if you didn't spring for wifi6 hardware. Manual setup - fail, legacy mode - fail. What's the point of this app?

I'd like more security control. Like blocking access to the network from unknown devices or locking the entire network all together at a certain time. You can still access it with a vpn .

Can't use the app for "Troubleshooting", because the page with that button cannot load (while I'm having, surprise, trouble staying online)! :(

Doesn't give users enough power over their devices. They feel locked down, also in need of a jailbreak. Eero will not listen to feature requests either. I guess it makes sense, because Amazon owns it...

I use to love this app all a sudden I can't see any of the past data I can't see what time any devices where on. The app is useless now
