    The app crashes every 2 mins, thus not allowing me to set up another eero device. I paid $200 for this and I can't set it up when I need it the most.

    Used to be awesome! I dont know if it was an update on the app or to the actual eero devices but my network seems to be dropping the internet connection all together. Pretty much since the app update my eeros lose all internet connectivity and I have to hard reset my network. Then trying to get my network setup again is a royal pain. I have to walk away and ensure my phone won't connect so I can manually enter the serial number of my eero. Happening once a week now. Why wont they stay connected?

    Bug made it so that the network couldn't be setup. Confirmed modem, cat5 cable, and internet were working. Tried with multiple accounts, uninstalling the app and restarting my phone. Tried with all 3 eero pros. Borrowed someone's iPhone and used the iOS app to setup in 2 minutes. If I didn't have access to another device would've have been able to use the hardware. Hours wasted on this broken app.

    Works really poorly and is never accurate. Will say that Eeros are online when they're not, will say that Eeros are offline when they aren't. It's completely useless in its current state. Would also be nice if I could use the app to connect certain devices to certain Eeros, or to see the amount of bandwidth each device is currently using (even if it's just percentage based). But if even the basic functions always fail, then I can't imagine features that useful ever coming out.

    Super simple to install and I am not good with this type of thing. It literally only takes 15 minutes or less to get it hooked up and have it up running. Awesome product and $100 less than the Google Mesh routers. Thank you for the simple to install and amazing installation app. We now have lighting fast WiFi throughout the whole house and front and back yard. We love it, and so do our sex slaves.     This app is working great. I can set time limits a d see what is connected and where its connected to. I've been using this for a few weeks and I really like it. I do have a minor issue with the setup. I would like to have an option that I can pause individual devices and not just the whole profile.

    When I first used this app it worked at a 5 star rating. Ever since they did a software update it is showing a wireless connection for 2 satellite hubs that are hardwired. In addition, the internet connection is unstable. It takes 15 to 20 seconds for web browser to load. Still waiting for tech support to call me with a solution.

    The newest application version is just not functional compared to the old one. Do not upgrade. It is completely unresponsive to network changes, even after closing and going back in. It's now always stale, instead of dynamically fresh data. I unplugged router and no notification. This and a lack of controlling which router you want to point to or block for certain devices is a missing feature for years despite community requests.

    Where the heck can I find the overall number of devices that I have connected!? After the last update, I just see a clump of devices stroon about in areas/rooms that eero assumes they are, but miss being able to simply see how many devices are connected. I don't want to have to click a room or area to see how many devices are there, then click the other rooms/areas then add them all up. I have over 60 devices and would like to simply see that all are connected via the amount of devices.

    The latest update took away the total number of devices listed which is incredibly helpful to see when you open the app Now it's just one long list... can we have the total number of devices connected in a prominent place again please? I love the hardware and the app... But, would it be too much to ask for a dark mode? 😉😅

    Update:04/08/20. Like the newest update but still can't see which devices are connected to the main wifi and which are connected the guest wifi without having to look at every single device. Would be nice if I could see a breakdown of what devices are connected to the guest wifi and which ones are connected to the main wifi from the main home page or something like that. Even my cheap at&t wifi hotspot can do that.

    The entire system of the Eero has been easy to use and is automatically updated keeps you up-to-date useful information about your mesh system. Eero It's self can be pricey initially I used the pro system but the overall experience has been very positive easy set up is a maintenance free internet experience so far with an on occasion reboot through the app.

    Every since this company was bought out it has gone down hill. It has been inconsistent. I would suggest you do a speed test your self from a hard line and then use the app and see the difference. I use spectrums ultra and have 400 down and 20 up the app says I get 422 down and 22up all the time however for the past 2 weeks I only been averaging 90 to 180 down and 18 to 20 up. I even called my isp and the noticed a problem and are sending a line tech out because it's a problem on their end.

    The app works for me especially since I never really had a chance to utilize the old one, since it changed hrs after setting up my system. I think it needs few features from the old app so, you won't to dig through so many menus and subs to find things.

    Could be a five! When setting up each node, node connects, but app does not respond to connection. LACKING! Also, why will it not verify my phone number? I see y'all dont respond to these reviews. Wonder why? TOO CORPORATE NOW? So maybe someone that KNOWS how to write code can work THAT OUT

    Dislike the inability to quickly pause/play profiles from the new update. I do this twice daily with multiple profiles. This adds a considerable amount of unnecessary time to my routine..... The ability to quickly tap the play button and resume was very nice. :-(

    The new layout is horrible, the older one was much easyer to understand and figure it out. Pictures are a better way to go if you are that good with tech. (myself I am pretty decent with it but still even the dark mode hurts the eyes to look at.

    Great app and layout. Wish there was a feature to locate a device somehow, I have a single Amazon device listed that I am unable to figure out in my house. Also please allow delete items that have connected. I have a few old devices listed.

    Why, oh why change from what was a usable app to this updated mess that is utterly incomprehensible? Hate it and find I am rarely checking my network anymore. Writing that last line makes me realize that maybe I need to start investigating other mesh solutions...

    I've been using it for about a month from WOW internet, not to sure how there security works but I'm learning it slowly. Not sure why it's recommended to put iOt devices in the guest network as it stops them from communicating with other devices, how would you control them?

    This app and product is horrible. I would not recommend to anyone. It always goes offline and you have to unplug them to get restart them. If they look internet connection you can not administer them.

    Old app was better. Since the new update was done, blocking and unblocking of devices does not work and you have to uninstall and reinstall the app to make it work.

    It's horrible. Barely finctions, and the supposedly helpful services are complete trash. They are friendly, but useless. No hard feelings intended, but fix the login bug, and account creation. It's horrible.

    Eero is fantastic but I have to say the new UI is not great, the previous UI although not perfect at least prioritized the right things top level. Now in the new view it is just a mess of information.

    Now that Angela (who was AWESOME) helped me navigate through the faulty auto-set up I am on line and all is good. I'm raising my stars to 4 ONLY because of Angela's outstanding customer support amd the fact that the speed is pretty good.

    The lack of ability to temporarily force it to 2.4Ghz to connect older devices is a deal breaker. I'm on the cusp of getting my old Amplifi system out of the closet.

    Stopped working and won't allow me login. Worked great until the last update. Now it will not connect. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my phone and still not fixed.

    App allows more features than the average user is going to utilize, but it's great for future expandability. However the recent updates to the iOS app are far superior to where the Android version is at now. AFAIK there's no dark mode integration?? this is my major complaint.

    The app and Eero routers are working very well! We have 9 Eero's for a timeshare building and the wireless signal spreads for all 18 units! Eero's are the best routers I've ever used! And it is very user friendly to setup too!

    No way to choose channels. Please give user a way to change channels. Eero finds the BEST channel for itself but that can cause problems with other networks.

    I've had this app for a while and at the start of me using it. It was great. I could see everything do anyting and block anyting now. They made a stupid update. Why can't block Anything from my network? So whoever's idea was to take out the blocking option, you need to put that back on there cause I have a bunch of stuff that I don't want on my network.

    Eero secure page is unable to drill down into which devices have triggered the blocking policies. It just crashes or goes back to the home screen. Support has been unable to assist. Problem exists on multiple phones even after reinstalling. Detailed settings and reports are a feature that is missing in my opinion for advanced users. Lack of a web interface for local computers to access management/reporting is also missing.

Amazon support is no help at all ,they ask all kinds questions and never ever give answers to pertinent questions.     Great app. Easy to use. Didn't need customer service yet, so no comment in that regards. Set up was easy and done in less than 10 minutes. Went from a comcast rental to this and noticed a big difference. I question alot of the negative reviews cause this app and product are easy to use and work well.

    Very Useful and helpful. There are a lot of neg reviews. I have found everything to work perfect. The Eero devices work great as well and everything is super easy. Also the Eero secure for 3 bucks a month is so worth it. I get no more pop up adds even most adds in apps stopped showing up. My Eero experience has been perfect. As far as the reviews saying poor customer service that's BS. I called 3 times during setup and a few days after to fine tune things and they were great

    The app is Ok but im still trying to figure why I spent $300 on the thing . Not impressed with anything about it , what the heck is it supposed to do ?? My wifi works EXACTLY as it did before. I would stay away from eero , theres nothing worth the price in it. BIG disappointment.

    The app has many features that can be informative, but that's it, you do know almost all details about your network and wifi system. But the system itself is not "smart" enough to connect devices to the nearest eero access point, it would be a good idea to allow the users to assign or set to which eero access point do we want to connect, cause my wirelss security cameras connect to an eero access point which is farther away than the one i installed in order to get a good steady signal for them.

    The app doesn't allow you have deep access to all advanced configurations if you want more detailed setup. Great for basic users but advanced ones will feel limited. Another feature I miss is the possibility to schedule an automatic restart. My old router had that. It's good refresh a device restarting once in awhile. Hope they can fix that in futures upgrades since its just a matter of software.

They absolutely need competition up there because being the only game in town they completely disrespectful to the customers in terms of service. When you do reach a person they are helpful.

    Eero is pretty good. This app is truely awful. Changing a device name is a pain and often changes back to some default name at random. Network settings are so buried, and not logically located. Network statistics are basically pointless with this app, not giving much information, but it does really push their subscription model... No thanks.

    System works 10x better after dumping the orbi mesh and going all eero (new dual band: 802.11 AC V.2 routers: 4x eero in 900sq ft, 48 total devices) No more delays w/ 3 subs, 2 p5, 5 p1. ~361MB down, 43 up. Adding 2 more play one se's eventually but feel confident there will be no pauses or delay in the flac streams. Cheers Sonos, well done.

    It's extremely frustrating that you can't shut off the 5g as needed. Many wifi items need to connect with the same wifi the cell phone is on. Since that can't be easily changed, it's beyond irritating to get simple devices to connect for automating home or business systems. Please make it easy to turn 5g on & off

    This app 100% fudges the actual internet speed numbers in their speed test. The cable company tells me that they are having problems with the internet but this app's speed test says its fast with no problems. Lol So i run a speed test through google and other independent services. All say the speed is 300 mbps slower than this app. Lmao lies lies lies.

    Avoid the latest update if you can. As bad as you might have thought about this app, it is far superior to what you will see once you update. UPDATE: The update that I am referring to has still not been released yet (Version 3) for Android. Beware, it was released for IOS about a week ago and is absolutely terrible. Look at the reviews for Apple iPhone and you will see what I am talking about. Pray that they are listening to the customer feedback and will not release the version 3 of this app.

    The apps great, very clean and gives some interesting network features. The thing is, a lot of the features don't seem to be working on my pixel 4xl (ad blocking, threat block or even scan). I assume it's just not optimizes for Android 10. I hope you optimize it soon.

    I don't believe this app is anywhere near accurate, says I have 7 devices logged in to to my internet when I only have 6 , the 7th device is physically turned off it should be shown as connected device and for the speed test is way off If I connect my laptop directly to the modem my speed is 125 but the eero app is consistently 115 and never changes , plus the eero router does not allow flawless casting , always buffering my netgear never did this , so think twice before you go with an eero

    The connection is getting worse everyday, drops and errors. What I hate most is I can't even use "smart" devices with erro. The app design is simple, easy to navigate and understand but that's about it.

    This is horrible. Downloaded the app. Went into set up account. First question whats your name.. Ok seems simple.. Right? Wrong it wont accept my name. Tried 5 times .. Nope. If i can't get the app to work.. Then this just shows me this (product) is junk and going back and i will deal with other products that actually works.
