Công ty Điện lực Hải Phòng đã nghiêm túc triển khai thực hiện và tạo địa chỉ đường dẫn yêu cầu các đơn vị thao tác phải thực hiện nghiêm túc gửi email hàng ngày để phòng An toàn và Ban lãnh đạo soát xét. Thực hiện chỉ đạo của Tổng Công ty Điện lực miền Bắc. Trong tháng 5, 6 năm 2016 Công ty Điện lực Hải Phòng đã chỉ đạo triển khai ứng dụng Kiểm soát an toàn trong công tác An toàn lao động để kiểm tra, kiểm soát các biện pháp an toàn đã thực hiện của các nhóm công tác trên lưới điện

Từ tháng 7/2016 Công ty Điện lực Hải Phòng đã chính thức triển khai ứng dụng Kiểm soát an toàn cho công tác an toàn lao động trên các thiết bị máy tính bảng, máy điện thoại, máy tính cá nhân dùng để chụp ảnh, cập nhật gửi ảnh, kiểm tra, kiểm soát hiện trường cho các Điện lực và phân xưởng trực thuộc. Bên cạnh đó, Công ty cũng đã đưa ra yêu cầu và chụp ảnh minh họa lại lần lượt thứ tự các bước khi thao tác để các đơn vị áp dụng theo như : họp phổ biến đưa biện pháp thực hiện thi công, mượn chìa khóa, dụng cụ và ký giao nhận, phổ biến nhắc nhở tại hiện trường, thao tác cắt điện, tiếp địa, kết thúc công việc trước khi khóa phiếu công tác ... các biện pháp an toàn đã thực hiện đối với công việc tương ứng trong Phiếu công tác …

Thông qua việc áp dụng ứng dụng Kiểm soát an toàn. Ban Lãnh đạo Công ty, phòng An toàn Công ty, lãnh đạo và cán bộ an toàn các Điện lực, Phân xưởng có thể kiểm tra hiện trường công tác của các nhóm công tác trên lưới điện thông qua máy tính hoặc điện thoại thông minh, từ đó kịp thời nhắc nhở chấn chỉnh các thiếu xót, vi phạm chưa bảo đảm an toàn lao động.
