This app promises a lot but deliver literally nothing compared to what it promises. Support is even worst than app experience. They have their membership program which says 30% off everytime, no delivery, no packaging charge etc. and no fooling 😂. Even after I enrolled for membership I still see all charges. It's all fooling. Buggy Application, worst support, all fooling and whatnot.

Ever since I subscribed to their annual plan, the deliveries are late or orders get cancelled. It is a trap. The free subscription period will be awesome. But the moment you go for paid subscription, will you see their true face.

Ordered my food for the first time and waited for almost an hour to receive an incomplete order...!!! customer service is super slow and takes a lot of time to respond... There delivery boy contacts multiple times to accept the remaining order which he delivers almost after half an hour, and insists not to raise a complaint for the issue...!!! Seriously you guys should enhance your customer service

I have ordered food from this app on 30th Aug, the respected amount got deducted but the order was not placed. Then I complained to Help & Support team, they assured me to refund amount within 6 days. But from that day I have complained thrice but still didn't get my refund. Really pathetic service. When I was complaining using chat, I got reply from support after 10-15 mins. Really headache service. I am going to uninstall the app. Don't use this app.

Pathetic Update. Now the minimum order value is Rs. 200. If there's one person who wants to eat just 1 dish, he needs to place an minimum order of Rs. 200 ? 1 dish which costs Rs. 123 and is sufficient for 1 person can't be ordered. They are forcing to buy something more and make bill value of Rs. 200. What's the point in this. It's like paying extra for nothing or unnecessary stuff. Absolutely Hopeless Update. What a waste of EatClub Pass. Not Recommended at all. I had a very Bad Experience.

Food choices and quality are both great, but the customer service is equally poor. I have had a couple of orders where incorrect items were delivered to me and didn't receive any response even after emailing in one case and fiving feedback in the app in the other.

The slowest delivery and customer support experience. The customer support team responds like robot's and does not understand what the customer is explaining. Response for everything is feedback taken. Cold food served. Really disappointed being a paid member.
