Worst app dont waste your time. In the start i thought its a start up and will get better services but its been more than years now this app is worst. Wasted my 3Hours and order status shows that food is delivered but it never got delivered. I will never use this app again uninstaling it.. Foodpanda is alot better they at-least provide compensation if the order is late.. Eatmubarak very disappointed. I even complaint on their helpline and the agent is like "Sir i wil cancel the order" they dont care about our valueable time.

Great deals, that are not available on other similar services like foodpanda etc. Although app needs a little UI polishing. Plus make sure my cart is saved when i leave the app and come back later.

notification of deals is misleading, when clicking on it days the deal is not available in your area.l appears. they send deal notifications to everyone, whether their area is eligible or not. dissapointed.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered from a restaurant 35 minutes ago and my order is still pending. The restaurant told me that they're not even affiliated with this app. Also, their support system doesn't work either.

Orders take 20 minutes to get relayed to the restaurant when paid by bank, which takes a minute on food panda. There's no chat option to contact support directly, the phone support is slow and pointless. Sometimes orders take upto two hours to get delivered. There's no follow-up of the order. There are a limited number of restaurants on their platform. There's only one positive point, which is that they do give out discount coupons. All in all, Its not worth installing and wasting your time.
