Inaccurate estimation of cost and high cancellation fees. The driver made mistakes in following the route and I ended up paying for his mistakes. In another instance, I was trying to book a car and intially it was 1 minute suddenly it increased to 10 minutes a few seconds later it became 15 minutes waiting. And when I cancelled the ride the collected 11 SAR as cancellation fees. These fees are not clear in the Terms and conditions. This a malicious app and I don't recommend it.

The app is very good, but it has a MAJOR problem, I would rate it 5 But.... The final price is different from the showed price!! There was no traffic at all, we even reached the destination before the ETA, stilled the final price was much higher than the showed one!!!! And that was reported many times!!!

They took the money twice after each trip and in some cases they hold extra money for no reason before the trip starts. When I asked them about the reason of extra fees, they provide unreasonable answers

The worst application ever. No customer service that can reply to your compliant. Always dedected the ride that I never took and their drivers are the worse. Its better to close this poor apps or work hard to provide good services. Personally, I deleted it and advised the whole family and friends to do so. I'm totally out of rage of your bad services. 👎

I had a bad experience.. I ordered a pickup, the driver was 1 min far and he kept going far until it reached 10 min so I canceled it. When i wanted to order another one I found that they charged me for cancelation. So I called the customer support they told me the system shows that he arrived to your pickup location then you canceled we can't do any thing. And also my friend faced the same problem.

No need got even 1 star lol! I install and asking for the my email but all being to rejected with sames reason wrong password or expired email. If my email account expired but why I can complain over here's?!.

Got a promo code this week, when i tried to use it shows the the voucher usage limit reached and i havent use the code once. Even there are 2 more days remaining to use that code.... The drivers does not accepts the request and when i try again to book the cab the price goes up everytime.

The start of this app was amazing it was easy app with the best captain's and cars but for now evrey thing is mixed up with unproffesinal captains and bad service care and really old cars or when you order accent you get camry so in this part it is messy and unsafe.
