No delivery drivers. Extremely poor customer service process. If you call customer service you get asked to leave a message and don't get called back. If you try to message, when you leave to check on your food delivery it exits the chat and puts you at the end of the queue. Push notifications that say click this to contact support take you back to the main screen and out of the support chat. Can't even cancel an order after waiting for an hour for someone to pick up food from the restaurant.

Very bad and slow service. My order (2 cups of drinks) took 2 hours to arrive, rang the customer service up 3 times and all they said was asking me to keep waiting.

Really horrible experience. Could not order anything and no customer service support. I know people have had better experiences but just be weary this isn't reliable or consistent.

Service is hit or miss. Most of the time it goes smoothly but when there are issues (had a 3hr delivery where the food was waiting to be collected for 2.5hrs) you will struggle to get in contact with customer service (long wait queues) to cancel or get a refund. They don't offer a web interface so you are forced to use their rather poorly designed application, and they allow shops to post random "menu" items which aren't actually menu items but rather in-meni advertisements.

So disappointed using this app. I have been using this app few times last year, it was better then but now it is nightmare. I ordered almost $300 worth of groceries from Pacific Asian grocery from Dandenong South. I have been waiting for 3 days now and still no grocery. I called the customer service fee times and talked to a woman who kept telling me that' I will call you back' but I did not get any calls, texts or messages. I checked in the app and my order is waiting for driver acceptance.

Takes a pretty long time to arrive. Over 1.5h. The delivery person calls you to get the order from the street instead of coming to the door themselves. Another time they call you to ask what unit, which they should have already. And give you "sorry for the delay" with a cold food you paid more than it actually costs. All this for 9-10$ for the delivery.

I would really really love to use this app instead of uber eats to order take away but it's so difficult to use, I spent an hour browsing for food with irrelevant picture (there was one shop with One Piece pics), after finally deciding what I wanted, I get a message saying it's too far from my delivery address even though that's what I put in at the start. All the coupons, offers, it's just busy and doesn't actually work on anything. Please don't take your UI design from AliExpress man.

Horrible horrible delivery experience. Food arrived in one hour from a restaurant 4km away. Food arrived all cold, container squashed and spilled. Contacted customer service essentially told me too bad, no apology and will not give any refund. Closed the chat box without my response. Never use this service again.

The customer service and the deliveries using this app is absolutely terrible. Waiting 3 hours for your food and have to be told to wait an extra hour because the vendors misplaces order. Delivery tracking the communication is terrible. Would never use this app again.

Best to trust all the 1 star reviews. Awful, buggy app that takes no responsibility for its poor services like giving me food poisoning. Very long wait times and food is always cold. Someone please make a competing app that has access to all these small unknown restaurants.
