Loss of 12 year customer. Seriously let down. POOR EFFORTS by TB. Audio Hub FAIL. Customer support FAIL. Product support FAIL. Audio hub infinitly searching for firmware, rendering the headset functions minimal at best. I have Been through hard resets, Audio hub reinstalls etc nothing has resolved the issues everyone knows Gen 1 and 2 headsets have. It's been over a year and no fix! Oh Xbox one guys, you have to purchase dolby atmos app to get the headsets full potential also. 👋TB

Issues connecting to both the app and listening to music? Here is the steps i did: 1. turn off BT on phone & 700 delete app from phone. 2. RESTART PHONE & Hard reset the 700's. 3. turn on both connect in BT. Play something to be sure. (THERE ARE TWO. YOU CAN ONLY CONNECT TO THE ONE IT WILL LET YOU) 4. Download, open and customize. All that being said the 800X's Sooo much better, in every way. Connecting being only 4th on my list. TB needs to add Active Noise Cancelation back for starters.

I don't know what everyones issue is with the app, it works fine for me on my surface duo. Limited on features tho but I'm not super annoyed with that. As far as Bluetooth goes the headset works fine and connected easily. The app like I said is limited on features the built-in eq sucks and lacks some options that other headphones have. But I like them and I'm happy

Does what you expect and want once it connects to your headset. Issue is, it refuses to connect. Restarting phone, restarting headset, turning bluetooth on/off on both. Nothing seems to work.

Attempted to pair my headset (700s) with my new phone. Wasted an hour getting frustrated at how difficult this simple task is and found that the firmware update unpaired them from my X-box One S. So now I have a headset that is paired with nothing. This app stinks. Update: Did not learn ny lesson, bought a 700 gen 2. Nice to see the app is still one of the worst I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Returning head-set due to this frustration.

Terrible app. Bought the elite pro 2 and can't change any of the settings. Won't connect to the app on my phone or tablet despite being connected via Bluetooth. Also won't connect to my Windows pc so was pointless buying this headset.

Bit glitchy, but it seams if you loose connection from app, turn the headset off and restart phone, then open app and click "get connected" and it seems to connect to headset again, possibly a glitch if you can connect headset to phone but not to app, other than that, its great

Purchased to have Bluetooth capabilities with mobile phone while playing and CAN NOT connect headset to phone Bluetooth. Did update and connect to Xbox and hub app but Says "an app is needed to use this device". Worthless and will be returning for another brand.

They hide reviews, couldn't find my old reviews searching for it in the sea of 1 stars and 2 stars this app has so I'm updating it, this app still doesn't work, I agree with everyone else, stop buying turtle Beach garbage till they fix their old apps and products.

The head set is garbage the sound quality isn't good and the thing won't let me turn the head set off and is now frozen on and won't shut off don't buy them
