e-SUS Territory aims to facilitate the work of health workers. The e-SUS Territory application is distributed by the Department of Family Health of the Ministry of Health in order to facilitate the work process of health agents (ACS / ACE). The application can be used on Tablet or Smartphone devices, making it possible to record home visits quickly and safely. The data registered in the application are integrated with the data of the e-SUS APS System with Electronic Citizen's Record (PEC). To use the tool, the municipality must have a version of the PEC installed and properly configured. The health agent's credentials must be updated in the National Health Establishment Registration System (SCNES). In this way, the application will be synchronized with the PEC. Mobile apps in the e-SUS APS Strategy The Department of Family Health (DESF / SAPS) included mobile applications in the e-SUS APS Strategy to record the actions taken by health professionals in places where computers or notebooks are difficult to handle. The availability of the application is part of DESF's actions in expanding access to new technologies to support the work process of the Family Health (eSF) teams, and, in general, the Primary Health Care (eAP) teams, given the importance of PHC actions throughout the national territory.
