Simply disappointing. They send me a message my order is confirmed & will be delivered in 35 min. After AN HOUR they called saying that it was impossible to contact the restaurant & they have to cancel my order. After an hour.!! (ps I couldn't find a way to write a review anywhere in Google or their platform, where there is only the option to rate the restaurants not the app, so I had to reinstall the app to rate them) Totally not worthy!

Works ok but many aspects are not user friendly at all! When you order, you don't know which credit card is charged, you cannot go to the restaurant page through a previous order, you cannot share the restaurant, the homepage presents a 'lucky piñata' but you cannot access it from the homepage as you need to guess it will be presented in restaurants (and when you try to close it by clicking the right corner cross, it doesn't close, you can only scroll it down to close it...). Etc.

The app started to show me shops from another city despite the fact that I have selected the proper address!!! I have reported it to the responsible department but still the bug remains after a week! Not to mention that the discount offers are for the same shops again and again and without any relevance of the time that you want to order! (Who needs coffee at 22:00 o'clock in the night???).

The positives are that there are quite a few stores and the lucky piniata is a nice discount. On the other hand, sometimes they would double charge you. The money would be returned within a few days, but that was annoying, though it has not happened in quite some time. Also, the ratings of the stores are often misleading, mainly beacause some negatives reviews are not published or due to fake ones. Stores with ratings above 4 oftentimes serve food nowhere near deserving of such a score.

The app works for food orders, sometimes. The customer service is atrocious and of no help. They give lip service that your problem is solved then do nothing. This has happened repeatedly. They also have questionable morals in their business practices. Wolt is a much better option. One star is not low enough.

One of the restaurants I ordered from delivered a bottle of Coke that had expired 3 weeks ago. I spoke with the restaurant & they confirmed that they did't check the delivery dates when they received them from their supplier! I left a decent review at efood about the incident but they didn't upload it. I called efood and the manager told me that it is against efood's policy to upload reviews like that! Efood checks your review and decides if it will upload!! That's Censorship and manipulating!

I have been a loyal efood customer since their inception. Over the last six months, they've turned into a shambles. Specifically: * If you choose to pay for the delivery using an e-food delivery mechanism (not offered free by the store), an application opens up showing (supposedly) live tracking of the moped with the products. This application is FAKE. The order often shows up as "delivered" when in fact the moped is far far away. When I complain, all I get is a "sorry". No mention of compensation. * The same application offers estimated delivery times. Seldom do they meet the delivery times, they are more often than not significantly late. End result=cold drinks are warm, hot food is cold. Again, no compensation. On the very last order, I paid by PayPal, the delivery guy (who didn't really speak or understand Greek) wouldn't let me close the door on him, telling me (aggressively) that I had to pay. After contacting the store (while hanging around the property in the garden), he rang the door bell again to apologize as he was informed I had indeed paid... Once I opened the food packet, nothing I ordered was there, completely different order. It was now late and I ended up making my own food. I contacted e-food to ask for a refund and was informed that they couldn't refund me as "I had eaten the food!!!". The food was indeed untouched in the delivery package. Fortunately, I've contacted PayPal, the operate as a normal company and not as crooks, which these guys are, and I'm in the process of getting a refund. Should really sue them too, but can't be bothered over a 12 euro order... AVOID AT ALL COST unless you're desperately hungry and can't make your own food....

This app used to be really good, I am talking about the company overall. But 2 days ago the company wanted to try and get rid of some expenses and you may ask what did they do for that? Well first, they took away the employee's insurance, that means that if an employee for example did damage to his motor bike then he would have to pay for it. The company also cancelled Christmas, Easter and summer for the employee's and they basically took advantage of them. This app used to have 4,7 stars.

Cannot access add new card screen from my android phone, tried clearing cache and all data and restarting the phone but nothing seems to fix the problem. I'm on android 10 and have lots of apps installed, this is the only app not working properly for me.

Honestly sad banking support for bank payments, charges an additional fee for delivery options at times, there are often raises to prices compared to the prices at the actual shop, has a horrible UI which is really painful to start with the app, and they say you can track your orders but that's not always the case which again is sad.
