The app has always worked really well. It's easy to navigate and understand. Never had any issues or bugs. If you love Dunkin' and have one nearby then this app is essential. Not to mention you get a free drink of any kind for every $20 you spend on the app which, trust me, isn't hard to do. Especially if you're ordering for yourself and your partner, spouse, family, etc.

Seeing all these negative reviews. I absolutely love the app. So much easier to just order what I want on there rather than trying to say it through a drive thru speaker and have it get misheard and therefore incorrect. I get notifications when there r deals and when I'm getting close to a free drink. All in all a great app!!!

If you put in and order and go past checkout and are waiting to hit place order until you are closer (or if you accidentallyclose the app), sometimes the app goes back to the main screen and there is no place to access your cart. Then you go through the hassle or re-placing the order and it puts duplicates into the order. There needs to be an "items in cart button" somewhere.

I love the ease of ordering through the app. I have noticed that some locations are more accurate than others. I WISH the app had an option for tipping, I don't always have cash on hand. I have a favorite shop, and their employees always are personable and professional. (Looking at YOU, maple ave saratoga springs!) All in all, a nearly perfect app.

On average the food apps work okay but depending on which Dunkin donuts should go to they sometimes mess up the order. More so than other places. When you walk in to pick up the food it's not obvious where it's at most of the time. And if they run out of stuff the app is not updated to let you know until you get to the store.

The DD perks app is wonderful. Use to never go to dunkin because I hate lines and they are always busy. With the app I can order a few mins ahead of time and skip the lines. My order is usually waiting for me or ready in a few mins from my arrival. The rewards program is great. Ordering ahead to pick up at drive thru is not really worth it, you still have to wait in line. Better off to just pick up in the lobby. In, out, and on your way.

I have to take back my previous complaint; it seems it's my new WiFi (AT&T) that was the issue. The app works fine when I'm on data or at work. Odd they would be incompatible, but a few of my apps are having the same problem. Love how convenient the app is. It's easier to customize my drink/food/donut orders on here than saying them in person. I've never had an issue with my order being wrong. However, it would be great if there was a way to see how many points you received per order.

I've given this app so many tries, nothing improves. Needed to reset password, says I can't use the same password, I use said password to login and it says not the right password. I can't seem to find a password that's acceptable. When I finally get past the hullabaloo, can't pay with a credit card, have to use my debit which I never use on any app. When I get there, it takes forever for someone to come to the speaker. Not worth it. It reminds me why I end up back at Starbucks.

The app doesn't alert you if an item is sold out or unavailable in the store, then the employees have no idea how to issue a refund, sometimes. I've also had the app order double of the same order, somehow. It's usually a convenient tool, though sometimes very frustrating and the convenience goes out the window with things that seem like they should be easy to remedy.

While ordering is easy, and never had a problem with it, the app runs off of a gacha game mode essentially. You pay a certain amount into your account and you cannot get the money back (at least the option isn't available to do so). So just imagine endlessly paying for products with gift cards, and never getting your hard earned cash back. I call it theft. Straight up exploitation of people. And we all know, America runs on Exploitation.
