Aiming your TV antenna it's easy and free! This application helps you discover digital TV towers (DTV) close to you and it helps you find the bearing from your location so that you can point you antenna to catch those stations. It works based on a list of antennas broadcasting digital TV over-the-air (OTA) in the United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Austria, Argentina, Brazil, Portugal, Colombia and Uruguay. In the US it can also display the FCC calculated broadcast area over the map! Specially useful when you camping in your camper van, rv, motorhome, so you can get the best TV reception wherever you are. Be aware that compasses in phones are not very good and they are often wrong or get stucked. That cannot be corrected from a software application such as this one. Sometimes it's useful to “calibrate” the devices's compass by performing movements with the phone describing an "8". For now this helper is just for United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Argentina Brazil, Colombia and Uruguay. Sources: USA stations were retrieved from FCC's CDBS database. Brazilian stations were retrieved from Anatel. Argentina ones were retrieved from TDA home page. UK Freeview transmitter locations were retrieved from http://www.ukfree.tv. Canadian stations were retrieved from Industry Canada. Australian station info was downloaded from http://data.gov.au/dataset/licensed-broadcasting-transmitter-data. Transmitters for Ireland (Saorview) come from https://www.saorview.ie/ Please, do not use app ratings to report issues. Excellent app for those who want to kick the cable. I live in a remote area and have two antenns in my attic on rotors. This app helps me to maximize my efficiency. I'm tuning in 54 stations and have more alternatives if I re-aim the antennas. But current setup gives most stations with current settings. Great app, would highly recommend!!!

I never leave reviews, but was inspired to do so for this app since it was just so simple to use and perfectly designed. You just tell the app where you are and it shows you which way to point your antenna to reach the nearby towers using a simple arrow. When you're hanging on to your chimney 30 feet off the ground trying to point an antenna, ease of use is very much appreciated. Excellent app!!!

Got to say one of the best apps I've seen The reason I went ahead and paid for pro after using it before I was getting about 20 TV stations mostly shopping channels after using this app it showed me where it placed my antenna and how it pointed and the right direction I'm up to 63 channels now using this app and playing with my antenna This app is now saved me more money than anything since I've now cut the cord with dish and just stream and use the antenna

Nice list and map. Not sure if it can account for land elevation factors. Had to increase the reception distance preference to 80 miles because it wasn't showing some stations I know I receive due to less geographic obstruction.

Makes me appear that I'm a genius. I install a lot of antennae for family and friends. This app helps me get them more channels with the same equipment they were using. A must have for anyone who has cut the cord from cable providers.

Nice app, visually with overlay of map and antennas including milage between same but not enough info on topographical (natural) and manmade obstacles and/or potential interferences. Great otherwise!
