You can buy tickets, and make seat reservations, incl. commuter seat reservations. You can buy DSB Orange and DSB Orange Fri tickets as well. You can buy and renew commuter cards and Øresund cards or try Commute20 if you work from home some of the weekdays. If you have a Youthcard you can receive it in the app if it is created by DSB. You can use the DSB app as a guest or create a DSB Plus profile and get access to more products and services. You get the possibility to transfer tickets and cards that are not yet valid and receive notifications with information if your journey is changed or delayed. You can earn points for snacks for your journey as well. It is possible to refund tickets and cards in the app following the current rules. The app is terrible and makes it impossible to buy tickets or simply renew a commuter pass, showing "error" every single time. I guess if you're a monopoly you simply don't care about your customers' experience.

Very smooth app. It would be nice if there was more payment options, like apple/google pay, or if you could at least autofill card details through a password manager

I still have the problem... Unfortunately its not possible to use the app because all the time shows errors and can not fetch the computer card....

Overall good app, but it's missing some obvious features. The abillity to see more than just the next journey. Also there is no way to see exactly when a ticket will be valid in the future. "Valid in 3 days" isn't werry precise for a ticket that is only valid for an hour or two.

It's easy to book on but they had all the wagon numbers wrong which made finding my seat such a headache. The app sometimes crashes as well and sometimes double books the same seat. Lots of work needs to be done, though it is nice knowing that these are mistakes easily correctable. The true essence of a good app is when it's friendly to foreigner s. Unfortunately this falls below the Nordic standards I have come to expect, ( being a commuter in both Finland and Sweden)

Ever since the latest update the app seems to work intermittently, it says there is an error and to come back later. Very disappointed!! But when I came back later, it did actually work. Very strange.

Only worked once with my Swedish Mastercard. After that it refused to accept it as payment and kept suggesting other payment alternatives which I did not have. I cannot use it.
