Can you not?
The app wont give me the ride to the area that's clearly in the border lines where its aloud to take me. Like I cant take it from dean n Wilson to king and harmony, and I can't take it from Dean to king and townline but apparently I can take it to grandview and bloor then go to townline from there? What sense is that? Just give me one straight ride there. Also your automated response to this review doesn't help at all.

UPDATE: It "works" as in I can look up if any routes are going where I need to go. No results no matter how compromising I am. Transit app gave me one on demand option that wasn't even for the stretch of the route I needed. Still no idea how the unreliable bus schedules are taken into account when trying to get an on demand connection, as I haven't even gotten that far. I shouldn't have to switch jobs due to the poor decisions of a transit company. I knew this was a mistake from the start.

I also got the white screen -- using Android 11; app needs some serious work -- useless right now! Much better, it now works and I'd be happy to revisit shortly to update the rating. Thx for your help. This is a downgrade; you have to keep clearing the storage to get this clunker to run; how about an upgrade since you certainly know what the problem is! I reinstalled the app and it now works as expected. Thanks for your help!

I feel sorry for anyone who has to use this app. UI stops responding all of the time. Then you get just a white screen on load. Was considering using DRT for a trip this week, but after fifteen tries to schedule the trip I realized a cab would be easier. I suppose there is still the option to call in, but this was supposed to be easy...

No matter how I try to book my trip there's "no services going between the chosen locations". Can't see the zones so i can't even figure out how to change the route to get service. Customer service was no help. Many people who work in essential services rely on drt and making them use such an unreliable system while upping ridership cost is pretty awful. EDIT: Link takes you to a site that says you don't have permission, also even trying to book within zones still gives the same result.

Trying to get a bus and it just keeps saying "Unfortunately, there are no services going between the chosen locations." Even if I enter somewhere that still has a scheduled bus route. I've even tried different areas. This app is useless. How am I supposed to use it if regardless of the start and or end location I put it, it doesn't work.

I understand that ridership is down and adjustments and cutbacks have to be made. But this app is useless so far. It won't load properly and when I finally get a screen up for setting up my info... it freezes. I hope the drt is going to make the necessary fixes by the morning... otherwise I guess I am stuck walking to work or paying for an uber service ☹

UPDATE: I got it again after your comment. It's still broken. Doesn't show any Oshawa routes. Mon-Transit now has the 901 update. Everyone use it, it's better. Terrible. Use Mon-Transit if you want a reliable source for routes. Don't offer the ability to search a route based on your location and where you're going if it's not going to have an outcome. You have a lot of work to do on this app before it becomes useful. The worst thing you can do is market an app that is broken. Uninstalling.

Totally bothering service. Firstly app wasn't working. Later they fixed it. But how it's convenient? Like I used to take 411 bus for work, nw they've replaced it with on demand service, nw I try find the on demand service, bt showing sry no service on going here. Where to go? No option available except uber ot lyft for everyday. That's gonna be pretty expensive. Bt overall disappointed with drt transit. It isn't convenient but it's bothering.
