It's nice to have an app like this available but the items available are not the essential required, I like the foreign products and extras as an option but not the only option. Guess I have to go and order from Talabat. Hope this can be solved in the future. Animal products have more variety than other app, so that's very nice 🙂

EDIT: It finally works on android. Thank you, Drops Team. Incompatible with Android. iOS app works perfectly. This one won't even get you to the checkout page (or the login page.)

The update made it sooo difficult and hard , pictures are very small and products dont show up when selecting , it deleted my account and when i request to reset my password it doesn't send an reset email , its hard to find products , very bad update .

the app crash so much even after so many updates, please fix it.. It happened to me so many times after adding to the cart and try to check out the app stop responding and the cart get empty so I have to add all the list again and again!

I ordered something and they delivered another product. When I called them, they told me they will replace it in 2 hours. Two hours pass and no one came and they never called. I called them and they told me that what I ordered was out of stock!!! (It showed as available when I ordered). Now I have to wait at least 5 days to get my money back!

Very bad update, made it look better but cart gets deleted and crashes, cannot sign in or use forget password, used to be my fav app, not anymore

Horrible update July 2021 Whoever suggested to you that you need to rebrand or redesign you app had made a fool of you. Never seen an update that breaks what works and ends up with useless app.
