Poor support for android. Had blurry map produced from my Mavic 2Pro & was told by support that this was due to a rolling shutter issue that's been fixed for IOS but the fix for Android has no timeline. This is very disappointing for a company that is seemingly biasing its support to a system that only has about 26% of world market share. I understand that IOS has more market share in the US ( 53% versus 46% for Android) but they market their app worldwide and so should equally support both!

Such a great tool! Thanks for it's use without a subscription. Can manually process outside dronedeploy. An inexpensive hobby prepaid monthly image limited or GB limited processing would be great as I don't have the resources for annual or regular subscription. Thanks Dwayne

Rubbish on a samsung s20. I got to the planning stage and then suddenly it wanted my address and details again stating "select it from the drop down" there was no drop down. I couldn't cancel and go back and no matter what details I put in it wouldn't let me save the profile data. Uninstalled as it was a waste of my time

FIX THIS! I configured on the PC for a flight to be done on a Phantom 4 Pro V2.0.. but when I go to the site and launch it's telling me my flight time is 60 minutes instead of 40 minutes. The app thinks my Phantom 4 Pro v2.0 is a Mavic 2 Pro when connected... (Why is there no way to configure this in the app)

I contacted drone deploy about the incompatibility issue with my android phone and the interface of the app. They said it wouldn't be fixed because the android has been delayed until further notice, not likely be issued until 4th quarter. I was told to use another device from our supported device list.

Drone deploy is very easy to use and will give you great data to work from. It is very over priced compared to other options on the market though.

I have used this app for mapping for a number of years with my Phantom 3, with only minor issues, works most of the time with no issues. However I have gotten a Mavic Air 2s, and am awaiting support for it. Any idea when? I understand you have to wait for the sdk release from dji.

There is a glitch in the software. If you try to register when you put in your address the drop down box does not work on any samsung phone.

BAD!! Use phantom 4 pro or mavic 2 pro the same. before entering the mission, the camera failed, go home and landing. Consumes a lot of battery!!!! .

Does NOT connect to skydio 2 as stated... I've spent the last week trying to get it to connect to the Skydio 2 (with controller) but nope. Nothing. It will just never connect and there are no real options in the app to take control or check connection or anything. I followed all instructions and recommendations from the forums and everything... All it ever says is, "connect drone".
