Highly addicting game. I do wish though you can have more than one nurse or dr assigned to your offices. Otherwise a very fun game.

The game crashes occasionally, but most do. I see this review a lot & wanted to address it. This game offers a lot and let you get far in the game without necessarily having to buy the add-ons. However, they are there should you choose to do so. As far as games go this one has the best customer service. My emails were addressed promptly & in a very friendly manner. They are looking into my game issue and in the meantime even gave me some freebies for my troubles. You won't regret this download.

Fun! This is close to being a favorite for me. I like the hospital simulation, ability to pick up patients in ambulance and other features. Things I wish were different. When there is more than one station the patients queue in only one even though there is an empty station. Wish you could pick the patients up and drag them to a station. I won't save them all but it would help, lastly, the cost for expansions are excessive. Can any of this be considered for change?

Love this game. It's challenging but also fair. I haven't spent any of my own coins and have expanded now three times.. You have to be consistent and patient, its a hospital. You can't please every patient, but the ones that are sick and on the brink of death, keep vitamins, antibiotics, tea, and antidepressants on hand and give them a few. Their health will improve. Great work developers. This is my favorite game out of all my games. 👍👍👍

When the game works, it's fun to play but it sucks bc majority of the time it won't connect. It's def not my phone bc this is the only game I have issues with. No matter if I'm on data or wifi is the same issue. Once you finally get in, if for any reason you get out if the game the problem starts all over. Sometimes it's days before I can get in
The Best One Ever
Good update of the old game. EDIT: BUT there seem to be a lot of hackers that make game play unfair if you're participating in special events. For the last two events I have spent money and no-lifed this game, barely sleeping, and staying in first place up until the last 15 minutes only to lose out to a player who wasn't registered for the event until the last minute, who is suddenly thousands of points ahead of me, who has only 1 ambulance running and a brand new level 1 hospital setup.

Thanks. The issues I have are simply. In order to have enough space in the warehouse, it must be bought (40 gems each space). And to upgrade the game & add in patient treatment rooms are absurd, because there was no additional storage given, no additional slots to make the medicine (6) should be 20, & time reduction to create them. I play the game to take away stress & frustration; Not add to it! Real life factors in & only kids have 24hrs to dedicate it to a game. This makes me play less.

I honestly really like this game. There's anough activities and quests to keep you playing and coming back for more, as well as treating "special" pts Only one aspect I wish would be adjusted in the game - the current unlocking of new patients 2 or 3 levels before their specific treatment room can be built. This leaves them taking up benches for 2 or 3 days before treatment can be built/applied to them.

Theres to much going on, and the cost to expand is to much causing patients to be angry. The space given is to small. I liked it till i started advancing, but then i couldnt expand and now im just stuck. I had to rearrange in hopes that would give me more space but it didnt help.
